I have not been in Subway for awhile because of the service. I was literally harrassed by a customer and the staff did nothing.
The other day I went back because I wanted their tuna sandwich. A nice and friendly lady helped me. Her name is Kayla. She was professional and loved talking to you. I will be going back to subway now because of her. Steven was also nice. Thank you Kayla.

I placed an order on the app on 8/30/24 around 8:30. I get my sandwich, bring it home and start eating. I open it up after a couple bites because it’s tasting weird, and the avocado on it is literally brown. It’s really gross, and I can’t even eat it. Be warned! I wish Steven would have made it! Everytime I go there is something wrong with my sandwich, last time it was nearly burnt to a crisp. Guess i just haven’t learned my lesson.

This is by far the worst Subway. They consistently have only one employee working, which leads to long waits. They frequently run out of basic items like salad bowls, certain cookies.

Ordered a sandwich and paid online only to get there and it’s not ready bc the young lady was working by herself! Went back the next day, can’t get a refund or the sandwich and it’s been probably a month now! Always understaffed, keep that $8!

I stopped in for a sandwich at this location and I have not been to Subway in a while. It was kind of hard for me to find what I wanted because they have renamed all of the sandwiches and there’s not much of a pick and choose anymore. I got my usual Call cut combo and it was absolutely delicious. Apparently I came at the wrong time of day though because they had a ticket with about 15 sandwich orders that was done online and in my opinion, those people should wait until the people that are in the store get their sandwiches first.

Great service. Was greeted when I first entered. Despite being located in a small town, the shop is in a good location. They share the same parking lot with an oil change place. McDonald’s is across the street.

Came in Wednesday December 6th @ 2pm. There is a lady that has waited on me several times, I come in about once a week. I must have come in just when it was time for her break bc you could see it in the skoul on her face. I was especially friendly bc I want to see what it will take to get her to be human. No luck. If this were my business I’d find someone else. She always seems pissed at the world every time I see her. Oh yea, just as I paid for my sandwich someone pulled up at the drive through. She threw down her lunch and phone and loudly hollered @ the young man working with her to get over there a get the driver and walked away. You decide if this is somebody you want to keep.
