Great Subway!! These restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one was great. The lady making our sandwiches was kind, patient, and didn’t skimp out on any ingredients. The interior was clean and the bathrooms were even clean! Will go back again

The staff is not friendly and the vegetables look horrible. Some of my friends Want do this, is a small town. I’m sure you know that. I was an apartment Mgr for 43 yrs. I know you would want to know if your employees are falling short, so your business doesn’t fail. Love your product and the,veggies have to go. Customer Service is everything

They were out of pretty much everything and the worker than was rude and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. She charged more than she was supposed to and wouldn’t listen when I tried telling her she charged extra. And the sandwich was very poorly made and the meat tasted bad. Never going back to this location.

Where placed and paid for the manager proceeded to doing inventory, While the cashier stayed behind the register but then got on her phone.. Placing a personal call while on the clock. Terrible service.. along with attitudes. Workers flipping out of town customers off saying they are closed and door said 10 pm . I stated i would let manager/owner know .. I recieved i am #1 finger . I know Covid has changed hours and everyone’s way of life. I am not from Arcadia and did not know. The service I Received was terrible. This place was very disrespectful.. I will never stop AGAIN !

The place had a shortage of food if you had allergy to dairy. What kind of store sandwich store doesn’t have bread and condiments? I would not go because of the shortage of stock. In the eating area there is a army of flies. They charged extra for avacado that was too oily. Worst subway experience..
