TJ and her nameless coworker can make a sandwich. Thats it. They haven’t received the proper training when it comes to a respectful “hello”, “thank you” or how to smile. Maybe they’re working up to it bc it seemed to me they were disgusted w/everyone who came through the door.

Extremely Dissatisfied with service received today there was one guy and the lady The guy was pretty nice and friendly but the woman was unacceptable she was so rude it was as if we were a burden on her she didn’t want to service us She even went as far as raising her voice at us when we asked for another topping on our pizza. Extremely unacceptable I love subway but for me to go and spend almost $40 there and not be satisfied with my service I am extremely heartbroken we were treated like this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve never had a good experience at this subway. I usually drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on Wax Rd. No employee has ever been kind or helpful. We stood in line for 5 minutes while 3 employees ignored my husband and I. Then my husband asked for a cup of soup, the employee looked at him dead in his face and ignored him. I asked the other employee to speak to 3 times because I couldn’t hear her and she still refused to speak where it was audible. She put the wrong sauce on my wrap even though I repeated myself twice before she didn’t it. She even repeated it back to me. Then acted like it was such a hassle to scrape it off and make it right. They always have an attitude there. Worst subway in a 20 mile radius by far.

This subway is located confidently next to my daughter’s dance studio. So we have been finding ourselves visiting it often as it is clean, everyone that works there is very pleasant and the food is always good.

Depends whos working, very inconsistent in customer care quality, I dont know what happend but the workers are extremely rude and dont remeber to give you parts of your order and seemed just in general angry to be there. This once nice people and place to sit is now a rude worker that will not have my businesss again, could not even take simple directions of my food and had to be rude about every aspect of the situation
The other worker was very busy he was working hard but his collegue is ruining it for everyone. Also keeps getting more Expensive but thats cooperates fault

Employees need to understand that hours of operation means you may have to serve a customer until right before you close. Rude, slamming my sandwich around, just slapping ingredients on it sloppy as can be. Horrid service.

Love me some subway. I hate that they don’t carry swiss cheese anymore but food is ALWAYS delicious! Employees at my local store in Ball,LA are nice friendly helpful and fast. Get great deals on receipts and thru text club.

I placed an order online asking for extra cheese and toast the flat bread twice. I came in at the time order was to be picked up. Sandwiches had not been started. The young lady making the sandwiches did not read instructions saying toast twice. When I asked her to toast a second time she roled her eyes at me and huffed.
