Supposedly under new management… My wife brings home my Italian sub and the meat is so thin you can literally see through it. I have heard of cutting corners to save on costs, but this place takes it to the next level. I am convinced they do not get their meat from subway. I have never seen anything sold as a “sub sandwich” have so little meat in my whole life. This is literally the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. I will never go back after the see through meat. See pics:

This is the best Subway to go to. It is located in the business center off Wax and Sullivan Rd. I was beginning to loose faith in Subway stores till the we came here. Have come twice and the sandwichs were made exactly as you expect them to be.

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Looked at the prices on the app and decided to order my sandwich inside. The app said the foot long I wanted would be $12.99 plus $1.80 for the pepperoni I wanted to add. No biggie. Tell me why I was up charged $3 for chicken (came on the sandwich) and $4 for pepperoni (originally $1.80 on the app). I ended up paying close to $25 for a single sandwich that would’ve cost me $15. Never eating there again and I advise you do the same. Sketchy people, didn’t want to hand me my receipt, had to ask for it.

This place has new owners, and they suck big time. We ordered four sandwiches, two of which were The Monster. The Monster has a lot of meat (or it’s supposed to), but in this case, we had more vegetables than meat, with the meat not entirely covering the bread. When we called to enquire about the skimpy meat, the male owner argued about what the sandwich was supposed to have on it and how much. Normally, we can’t eat an entire Monster at one time. We were able to scarf these down quickly. The new owners are classic examples of people jumping into a potentially lucrative restaurant and cutting corners so they can make more profits. At this point, this Subway is worse than the Hooper Rd. location, and I thought that was impossible. We will not be back.
P.S. Why ask about atmosphere? It’s a Subway, which means the joint has uncomfortable, rickety chairs, beige walls covered in unknown stains, and sticky tables.

The male server was I guess was hopefully having a bad day. He was very stand offish (I don’t think he liked the color of my skin) I placed bills in the tip jar for the young lady who prepared the bread and meat and the man took the money out and said their manager was a —— and took the money out,and when I asked him to salt and pepper the sandwich he would not stop putting salt when I asked him to stop , he continued. I will not be going back to this particular subway again.

So my issue with this place comes from this one experience. You have lunch rush going on and you only have 2 staff members working the line. While you have a lady passive aggressively putting away chips with all the chips being full to begin with. She didn’t even bother to turn around to see if her team needed help. This is unacceptable from management for this to happen.

Went by this location at 6:40pm and they had the door locked. Hours taped to the door said 11am-7pm. So I guess they wanted to go home early. I worked at McD’s for 7 years and we didn’t close until 11pm. If somebody walked in at 10:58pm, they got served. Closing time didn’t mean that’s when employees get to go home.
So anyway, we went to the Subway behind Central PD on Hooper Rd. They were open until like 9-10pm.

Young man there was polite and kind after he realized I was not able to wear a mask. Good customer service overall. The food is subway same as any other subway. But service is what I’d like to get at some other places.
