Didn’t make my online order correctly, I ordered the sandwich outside Walmart parking lot by time I made it inside it was done! When I walked in I assumed it wasn’t bc I had just ordered it 5 minutes before and there was a line. I got in line and I small frame young adult was working the register and came back over to the table without changing her GOLVES to make my food. When I asked her to change her gloves she got a ATTITUDE stating she was going to change them once she started the order.. yea ok.. I told her my order was online and she gave me my sandwich. When I got to my car the bread wasn’t toasted and have a massive amount on sauce on it and items I TOOK OFF THE SANDWICH WHEN ORDERING 0/10 WOULDN’T RECOMMEND !!!! NOTHING FRESH OR SANITARY ABOUT THIS SUBWAY!!!

The short guy is rude and talks over you when ordering. That’s why he can’t get the order right to save his life. Will not spend another dollar on this subway. Edit: Spinach were old and looked nasty. So, I asked for Fresh spinach and she was mixing them and hid them into my sandwich. Worst of worst.

They forgot to make me a footlong sandwich. I showed him the app and even my credit card payment. He still not makes me a sandwich nor apologize but arguing with me whole time. They all have very nasty attitude.

Employee put wrong condiment on sandwich, no biggie…till it was. Employee cast blame, instead of taking responsibility. Told me that’s what I wanted, had no response when I said that’s what I wanted when I said no when you picked up the bottle, no a second time a little louder while waving my hands while she pounded bottle on prep table. Will not be back. Took money to Subway on Jones Creek. They are 5 Stars.
