Everytime I come in this location they always seem like you’re bothering them. The only reason I go to this one is because it’s near my job for my lunch break. Today I went in to order a turkey sandwich and the associate wasn’t pleasant at all. No smile looked as if she was mad with the world. She takes my sandwich out the oven and the meat is covered with black flakes. They’re explaining to me oh that’s from the oven. Who in they right mind want metal debris on they meat from an uncleaned oven. This location is sad as hell

Great ever since they changed management and employees, it has been way cleaner, the food’s way better and I love all the employees they have never treated me out of line once and I enjoy going there. They work very hard and they work even after hours to work on their store to improve everything.So thank you guys , because a lot of us in prairieville love subway

I’m not sure what was going on, on this day of speaking. I sent someone in to inquire about a big catering order. I was on the phone at the time, customer stated the employee didn’t make eye contact nor did she speak with any type of volume. I had more questions that the website didn’t have answers to. But I’m assuming the business was not needed.

Went here the other day costumer service as a whole sucked no enthusiasm or hospitality the short dark skinned Young lady was just dull and dry to servicing everyone. I ordered two subway sandwiches and the sandwiches barely had any meat on them the small tray they fill the meat in she didn’t fill it which caused less meat.I was extremely disappointed. Definitely want me going back to this Subway and Definitely wouldn’t recommend. We had a bread subway.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The Two women working there we’re laughing amongst themselves when I walked in and as soon as I walked in, they stopped, and I got a cold shoulder and a cold eye.
I was in there yesterday and got a 6in sub
& THE GIRL HAD GIVEN ME MOLDY JALAPEÑOS
and there’s nooo way she didn’t see them while she was putting them on !! There was so many moldy ones.No one answered when I called & I didn’t want to go back because I live 25 minutes away. I had eaten half when I realized and just started profusely vomiting.

Everything was good. I loved that the ladies had on their masks. No one was aloud inside with out one, there 6ft. apart distance between customers. I got my usual chicken and the barbecue patty for my husband. And of course is was good. He really enjoyed his also. Thanks, continue the great service.

The worst customer service ever. Stop to get a sandwich early in the morning and they had a sign on the door, stating that they are opening late because the floor was wet. The store did not open until 9:30ish and yes I waited. Went into the store and was told that I could not use the restroom because it wasn’t a public restroom. I let the sandwich maker know that I was getting a sandwich and she screams to the back and asking her manager, I’m guessing, “ what do you think about people using the restroom?” And then was told, sorry sir, the floor is wet and I can’t let you use it. I still proceeded to order my sandwich and hoping maybe I could use the restroom next door at the convenience store. Squirming trying to rush to get my sandwich made, I ask again to please let me use the bathroom. “ Sorry sir, I can’t let you back there.” Now, the other employee is asking for my toppings and I ask for extra red onions. She puts a whopping 3 half sliced onions ( single) on my sandwich. I ask her for more and she then put another whopping 2 half sliced onions (singles) . I ask her could I get “extra” onions and was told that she can’t give out extra veggies on sandwiches. At this point, I let them know to have a good day and I walk out the store. POINT: Subway wants me to come in their store and spend my money with them. BUT: (1) They open up a hour and a half late, (2) Will not let you use the restroom ( if y’all opened up so late, I would think the restrooms would be prepped for paying customers), (3) Tell you you can’t get what you want on your sandwich as a paying customer ( just charge me extra for what I’m asking if you are trying to save on the overhead, that’s fine with me.) I ask, what part of this experience would make me come back to this store? Nothing. TRULY SAD SUBWAY, truly sad. I hope that new policies and customer service training will be looked at and added to the management and employees at this location

I am not commenting on the food. I am an Uber driver and I picked up a customer’s order at this location of subway. And I needed to use the restroom so I can get back on the road. And the employee proceeds to tell me that I cannot use the restroom unless I buy a cookie. I’m picking up their customers order and I have to purchase something to use the bathroom so I asked her just to make sure I was hearing correctly and she said yes sir unless you are a customer you cannot use the bathroom here. Employees would not give me their names. They are very rude and I will never come to the subway ever again even to pick up an order

If I could give no stars I would. Each time I have ordered they can NOT follow simple instructions! Whether I order online or in person. Call to correct orders and still don’t answer the phone. When I say flat out unprofessional and pathetic. I mean just that! Can’t enjoy my food due to everything being completely wrong and nobody is trying to pick up the phone! If you ever want to go to work and do absolutely nothing, WELL THATS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Just sad and extremely poor customer service.
