Ordered through DoorDash. I paid for extra cheese and there was no cheese at all on the sandwich. I requested for it to be toasted and it in fact was not toasted. Bag was not sealed upon delivery and I also did not receive my chips nor drink that I paid for.

I placed a mobile order specifically to skip the line, but it completely defeated the purpose. When I arrived, I politely told the staff my name and that I had a mobile order. They acknowledged it — but then proceeded to serve every single walk-in customer before making my food.
I watched multiple people come in, order, get their sandwiches, sit down, and finish eating before I ever received mine. It was frustrating and made no sense, since mobile orders are supposed to be ready ahead of time.
The whole point of ordering online is to save time, but this Subway did the opposite. Terrible service and poor management of mobile orders — I won’t be coming back to this location.

Food is average as expected, they gave my order to the wrong person, manager prioritized another mobile order, customers in line, and stocking, before making mine despite the mess up, and didn’t even throw in a low margin product for customer retention. Employees shouldn’t be high while working.

I ordered a tuna sub but they did not include the tuna. As I realized it after a bite or two, they made me buy another. So unprofessional. The lady was even laughing at me.

I have had multiple different experiences at this location and every single time I have an issue. I am not one to leave negative reviews but the last experience I had drew the line. He threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted a copy and when I asked for a copy he grabbed it out of the trash and handed it to me. Afterwards he immediately turned to service the next customer with the same gloves. Watching him move from rummaging in the trash to making another customers food with the same pair of gloves is disgusting. I will never return to this location. It is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.

We came to order a footlong cookie, and the man behind the counter made sure to make a comment about how heavy they were on calories and to consider that when ordering. Bad experience. Will be taking my business to the Subway off of Highland, where we can order our cookies without being fat shamed.
