The staff is very rude. They did not honor the coupons. They make up their own rules on what’s supposed to go on sandwiches even though I know they have a guide that tells them how to make each sandwich and what goes on them . They also are the most expensive in town. And they’re toppings are all old and brown and mushy.

I just purchased a veggie sandwich and it was cold. I came back to ask them to redo my sandwich. The owner tells his employees to put it in the oven. I told him I wanted it to be replaced. He told me no because nobody can make the veggipattie sandwich hot. I eat the veggie patty sandwich from many different locations including this one and it has always been hot. I highly do not recommend any one to eat from this location. The owner feels that customer service is not priority.

I cannot say enough good things about the service here. Jack the manager is very friendly and strives to provide good service. All the workers are the same. I eat here a few times a week and have never had a bad experience. The place is always clean, neat, and the food is prepared in a sanitary manner. They also make their cookies better than any other subway I’ve been to.

Walked in..Walked out. Went there with my subway COUPONS big mistake. There are notices posted that they only allow certain sandwiches with a coupon. The coupon already has exclusions so this franchise added some of there own and they do not accept buy one get one free “coupans” this how it was spelled on the homemade notes that they made. I wonder if corporate knows. They will.
