This is my third attempt this week to get service at this location instead of having to drive out of my way to the other location in Zachary for a sandwich on my lunch break. Worker is no where to be found? Made my presence known each and every time.. still no one shows up. Why is this location even opened?

Nasty dirty and rude. Lazy ignorant employees. Place should be shut down. You can see the employees cell phone on the cutting board. She was more concerned with that than serving customers.

I can’t even say if the food was good. The lazy person working there was too interested in talking to her Wal-Mart co-workers to attend her own customers. My daughter eventually placed her order and had to tell the employee how to make the sandwich. The employee ignored me while toasting that sandwich and chatted with those walmart co-workers hanging around instead. Forget it. I didn’t order anything. I can’t stand rude. December 6, 2022 noon.

I ordered online, 1st she said it was the wrong location.2nd she said I had to wait till 9 to see it in the system. Waited all that time just to be told my orders didn’t go thru but my money was taken out my account not pending! No since of customer service!

Lobby is being used as a storage space for Walmart buggies full of hardware and junk that shouldn’t be out front, much less in the Subway. Employees/management is non-existent; the 1 person working the counter today came from another location and had been waiting over an hour for this location’s employee to return (they didn’t return). 1 of the 2 covers over the food on the line is broken so the employee has to hold up the cover and make sandwiches 1-handed. FOH is disgusting and looks like trash hadn’t been emptied in days and wondering if a broom exists at this location.

The lack of customer service is sad. We had to ring the bell to be helped and when the worker appeared from somewhere she was like someone was disturbing her at her job. No smile, looked sad and just unprofessional. Subway needs to get it together

It would be nice if the workers didn’t tell me every time I go to this subway that they don’t know how to check me out using their app. Meanwhile the app sends alerts and emails saying “come to subway before your points expire” or “come to subway and earn rewards” you get there and the workers are clueless.

Just wanted to say thank you to Justin that works at the Subway in the Zachary Walmart. He’s very polite everytime, always with a smile & makes the BEST subs. I look forward to seeing him when I stop to get a sub!

Everything we have ever gotten from there has always been very good. A couple of times the person waiting on us seemed rude, but you never know how their day has been. Just saying!!

Terrible. Sandwich literally fell apart from being old bread. Ordered chicken bacon ranch melt, did not taste how I’ve tasted them before. Very slow service too
