Walking in the door, hear the staff complaining about all the online orders. Wait 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, just listening to complaints from the staff, being rude and disgruntled because management only has two of them on. Slamming and banging of trays and equipment. Really I understand being frustrated but has pushed a place that was ok to come to to one that just have no desire to walk back in the door. It only ever takes one bad experience to sour a customer, and I guess it’s my turn. The non stop phone ringing is also a sign that the ownership really needs to pay attention to what is happening with the mismanaged potential of the hard workers, and how his decisions to save a few dollars is going to end up costing business.

Terrible service. I went to pick up an online order and an older lady was “helping” me. She all but yelled at me for asking a question about what was in my to go order bag (which was because she was mumbling and talking to multiple people at once so I could not understand her) while there was a line of people out the door. She was so rude.

Standard subway experience. I took my kids and mother, the sandwiches were ok the sandwich artist seemed a little put off to be working. As always ok sandwiches big price tag. Store was clean which is always a plus.
