Let me start with how filthy the establishment was.. the tables were nasty, the floor was disgusting, the walls were even gross ! There was grime and food crumbs literally everywhere, not to mention the bugs.

I ordered a wrap off the menu, asked for it to be exactly as mentioned on the menu, yet for some reason they couldn’t figure out what they had on their own menu! They put it all on flat bread and folded it like a taco, last I checked that is not a wrap.. she continuously asked what I wanted on it, and I again said “exactly as shown on the menu”, yet instead of looking at what should be on it, she just asked again, “what do you want on it”. They asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes, she put it in there and didn’t even toast it (also did the same with my boyfriend’s sandwich). Our toasted food, felt like it had come straight from the fridge. We asked for 1 wrap, 1 6” sub, 3 cookies and 2 large drinks. We never got the cookies and our bill was over $30?!?!?

If I were you, I would not waste your time here and if we are being completely honest this place should absolutely be shut down. I recommend a health inspector take a visit here, this place is not suitable to serve food

Google says they’re open. The sign on the door says they’re open. Its Friday at 5:30pm. We drove way out here to eat subway for my daughter just for the door to be locked when they should be open.

Went to subway 2 /15/25 10 :30 .just had a very nice young lady helped me with my order ,she is truly the most pleasant lady I’ve ever seen at subway.every location should have a lady ike her working there.i should have remembered her name!

So today I made a mobile order (my first mistake), simple 3 sandwich order and I tipped 15% on the app. Wife picked up the order and came back home, I took 1 bite into my pretty much plain sandwich and I tasted pickles! Open it up and I can see where they messed up the order and instead of starting new they just picked off half the veggies. I drive 15 mins back to subway and 1 of 3 people where helpful and fixed me a new sandwich. The guy that was working today doesn’t need to be anywhere near the front to deal with customers with his attitude. Also if you mess up why not just start over instead of covering it up. Hell it’s just a sandwich!

They are pretty quick with their sandwich making. I usually have a double meat tuna on flat bread about once a week. Sometimes they don’t staff enough during lunchtime, (not the staff’s fault at all). The chip selection lacks variety. Look, it’s Subway and it’s pretty good for what you pay for.

This place does everything they can to make your sandwich as expensive as possible. I have been ordering the same sandwich for years- a ham and cheese sandwich with roast beef. At subway everywhere else (Natchez, MS, Baton Rouge, LA, Greenville, MS, Los Angeles, Jackson, MS, etc) they put four pieces of ham and four pieces of roast beef which comes to a total of about $8.50. At this Subway, they put four pieces of each, charged me for a roast beef sandwich and add ham. Here, they charged me for a roast beef sandwich add ham, put eight pieces of each, and my total was 11.83. It’s a small difference, but when I told them how it comes everywhere else, they said their computer automatically switches things around, and if I wanted to be charged that way, they would only be able to give me two pieces of ham and two pieces of roast beef. They were literally going to take the meat off my sandwich and throw it in the garbage. I told them I would never come back here, which I won’t on my twice-a-week trip from Natchez to BR, and they laughed at me and said, “Alright that’s fine.” They obviously don’t care about people coming back, which is detrimental to any food service business.

When you order you may be specific. If you say black olives or any other condiment you’ll get 2 or 3. I can only assume qualifications aren’t met or management has never instructed the staff. Photo posted their best attempt.
