Has mold growing in several walls, you can smell the mold when you walk in the building. I asked if they were going to take care of it and they said yeah they were going to wallpaper over it. I told them it was a health code violation and they didn’t seem to care.

I went today to pick up an order for my kids. Then decided to order additional sandwiches. My order was ready when I got there. Ziggy promptly took care of me to make the other sandwiches. Ziggy was very friendly and did a great job preparing my sandwiches. The place is very clean and some renovations are being done. The customer service is great and the food is fresh. I love the new management. They are definitely making a difference.

They keep the temperature in the store at 80 degrees in summer time.

Was there today and got a dr.pepper and once i got home i tasted it and it did NIT taste right. I asked my family members to try it and they agreed that it didn’t taste right. My mother opened the lid and smelt the cup and was INSTANTLY taken back by a smell of sulfur and rotting eggs. I am sick to my stomach just knowing that this was consumed by me and some of my family members. We all don’t feel right about this so we called the store and they told us to return and get a new drink. I went there in hopes for someone to acknowledge how bad their drinks smell and taste and they refused to smell the drink or even to inspect their fountain drink machine. They never offered a refund NOR at least a trade for the price I spent on a large drink. They told us to just throw it away of I didn’t want another drink and that was that. Tomorrow I will be calling the health department and setting this straight. It’s awful that they know what they are selling is NOT good, yet they continue to sell it. A woman also heard me and my brother talking about it and she smelt her lemonade and she also said it smelt really bad so she got a different drink. I advise NOBODY gets a drink there. As another person stated on the reviews. Something is definitely wrong with the drink machine. My drink and both of my kids drinks smelled of rotten eggs. We only noticed after we thought it was coming from the rest rooms. We had sipped a few sips already when we noticed so I pray we don’t get sick. Also, they took all the seating out where no one can dine in. I would skip this subway the new owners seem extremely off and didn’t care about how the drinks smelled.

The last few times I’ve ate at the subway has been awful! Tonight I went and their air conditioner was out and they were shorthanded big-time. They said it’s been out for 2 weeks !! Good only knows how their coolers work! The soup was so thick and burnt it stuck to my spoon. So under staffed I get way too much toppings all the time. Tonight there were only 2 workers! Thank u ladies that tip was for ur hard work and dedication.

If I could give this store a zero star I would. Paid $29.97 for two footlong sandwiches, a bag of chips and one fountain soda. The sandwiches were minimally dressed and I was charged $4.00 for three slices of bacon on top of an already $10.00 sandwich. The Pepsi fountain drink I purchased tasted and smelled like sewage and I couldn’t even drink it. Will not be shopping at this store again and will recommend everyone avoid this health hazard of a restaurant.
