Some new kid working in there acting like he does not want to do anything. 20 minutes for one customer. It was almost like he wanted everyone that was in line to get frustrated and leave. And that is what happened. Super slow. And with all the fast food in New Roads……why stay and put up with this crap at Subway.

The doors are locked despite the fact that’s a store is open (supposedly) It says opens 9am it’s 10:25am and the person in there just looks at me as I’m trying to open the door, like really? I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

I have always loved subway. However, the service has been so awful it’s not even worth it. Three weeks ago on a Friday I went at 5pm. They were out of bread and said it would be an hour and a half. The following Monday, they were out of all meat except for meatballs (I don’t eat that). Well yesterday, I was told I couldn’t have extra onions or jalapeños. I offered to pay for it, but they told me they couldn’t do that. I’m just done. It’s ridiculous.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THIS STORE HAS BEEN BAD FOR YEARS. I DONT KNOW HOW THEYRE STILL OPEN. Worst owner and area manager. It’s the same person who owns and runs multiple locations. Number is disconnected. Had to complain via email to a corporate email with no response after the auto generated response No one manages anything and the food will get you sick. DONT EAT HERE

Tried to order online. Got a confirmation and money was taken out of my account. Store manager said they never received my order when I called to make a change. When I went around pickup time an employee met me at the door saying the power went out and they couldn’t help me yet EVERY SINGLE light was on. When asked about this she proceeded to talk to someone on her personal cell. Pure lazy! I will never frequent this place again. Had to go to the other location to get some help. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I went to the subway on new roads and the service by the lady up at the front was the worst I’ve ever seen. She instantly gave me attitude over the fact that I had a big order and after ordering the chicken teriyaki what now feels like a hundred times, she said there was no such thing. After trying to resolve the problem she was no help and said that was I had to leave and that I couldn’t come back. Really really disappointed with subway on this one. I’ve never been treated like that trying to order some food. I hope they get something changed up.

Went here tonight for supper. They didn’t have the steak. So I ordered a Meatball and. A Turkey. We don’t like our sandwiches toasted, but the meatballs were frozen. So we had to get that one toasted. I got them both dressed how we like them. Paid for them and I told the woman to have a great evening and before I could finish my sentence she just walked off and rolled her eyes. We get home and my husband goes to eat the meatball sub and the meatballs ARE STILL FROZEN. So I had to continue the cooking process of food that should have already been done. We will not be back.

Very rude employees. One rolled her eyes when I asked for a breakfast sandwich in the evening. Another time I was practically yelled at for parking the wrong direction in the lot. I was shocked it had decent reviews after my multiple bad experiences. Service is appalling.

I walked in and the lady rudely told me I could not come in without a mask. I let her know I had both Covid19 shots and she said “read the sign”. I reluctantly got my mask, placed my order and got my sandwich. I paid with credit card and thanked her but she never acknowledged Won’t go back.
