I order my food online for the past three times it’s been a problem my food was made incorrectly every time it happened I called and went up there but it was a problem with attitudes I also went up there last night about my food because it was wrong and I had them remake it and it still was wrong I’ve been trying to get in touch with a manager but no one seems to be answering the subway phone. Honestly I feel as if subway need some new employees,, if y’all are hiring I’ll come and work for you guys because the way subway is being ran right now is just wrong. I still would like to speak with a manager.

KENYA at SUBWAY did a really good job making my sandwiches (3). The sandwiches were really delicious! She was listening to me and was very calm when making the sandwiches. I asked her numerous times to do things a little late and she did a terrific job filing those requests late.
I told her to add salt/pepper, apply avocado, and even oil late by accident, and she was very calm and skillful in figuring out solutions for TERRIFIC customer service!
I would definitely ask for her to make my sandwiches when I go to New Roads Walmart again!

This is the Subway in New Roads Walmart. Great fresh food with friendly caring employees. Best Subway in the area. I definitely do recommend.

Can’t give them more than one star when they are not open during business hours to rate them on anything. It is currently 9:13 am on Wednesday 4/10/24. Posted hours/website says they open at 8 am.
