Yesterday, a coworker and I went to this location. Not only did it take 20+ minutes in line (wasn’t very busy) but the girl at the register was rude, moody and she didn’t seem to want to help what I assume was a new employee when she was CLEARLY struggling. We scanned the bogo w/fountain drink coupon. It was NOT applied to our order. We DID NOT order a meatball sub. We DID NOT buy a signature wrap. It would be appreciated if someone could reach out and correct this. Our staff come to this location EVERYDAY. We give this location a lot of business. I used to love coming to this location but i will not be returning.

This used to be the best subway in town and now it’s fallen from glory. I’m the type of person to order 20 minutes prior to showing up to avoid a wait. Even when I should up later I still have to wait on my food to be prepared. The lobby is gross and the staff is beyond unfriendly. Absolutely will not be back.

Went in 30 mins ago and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and unapologetic about it. Cut off her coworker and after he asked me what I would.like. I was mid sentence and she told us both I had to wait. The reason was because she was making two other sandwiches. He just stood there and watched her.
I don’t mind waiting, but there is zero reason to cut off a customer after your coworker was handling it. We all have bad days, but most of us treat people with respect regardless.

Sandwich Disaster!
My Family and I tried ordering 3 different sandwiches only to be told they are out of Meatballs then Tuna and then Philly cheese steak. So we tried to order pizzas and guess what not available also. So we said it might be easier if you tell us what you do have. Finally I ordered an All American Club and I turned around for 5 seconds and they put a half pound of mayonnaise on it. We ended up leaving after that. We have tried this Subway 3 times now and we have had issues every single time. Last time they gave us someone else’s order. I work as a delivery driver, and I stop here a lot. Everyone at this location is awesome! They are always happy, and very skilled at remembering my order everytime I come in. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The manager Liz is very friendly as well. They all feel like family. I look forward to my stops here.❤️

Consistently terrible delivery. First time, delivery was never delivered (and it was never even marked as delivered, I just checked) yet they refused to give a refund, kept telling me to call them. They essentially stole $20 out of my pocket.
Second time, the order came 2-3 hours late. My sandwich was disgusting at that point and not worth eating. It was tuna.
Third time, which was today- they simply cancelled my order and didn’t call to say why, and I refuse to call them to ask why. Honestly, they did me a favour by cancelling it. I’ve given this location way too many chances but at this point I’m not surprised that they’re not improving. 3rd time’s a charm, I won’t be ordering from this location again.
Can’t wait until a different location offers delivery via DoorDash. They try to act like it’s DoorDash’s problem but as far as I’m concerned if I’m ordering through Subway’s mobile app, it’s on them to give me a refund if necessary and make sure I’m contacted if it’s obvious a delivery is having problems. How hard is it to contact your customers? I hope this review stings because you lot deserve it.
Get new management or someone with a brain that can resolve customers’ problems.

I was in tonight, 01/20/2021. It was very busy. The three young ladies that were working behind the counter were spectacular! They were smiling, laughing and friendly. Very helpful and attentive to every customer. I hope to have them the next time I patronize the store.

We’ve been going just about every Sunday after church for the last several weeks. So we get there at about 10:40 AM when we arrive. The employees aren’t bad but they’re not great either. It seems every Sunday they are out of something. Today they were about to run out of pickles at 10:40 in the morning!!!! They were out of flatbread, pizza, and pepper jack cheese this morning. They may have been out of more food items we just didn’t inquire about those. Sounds like poor management to me. What I don’t get is that there’s a grocery store literally across the street! If you run out of something you could walk across the street and get just about anything you need! I’m sure the dough for the flat bread and pizza is proprietary from subway and they just can’t go buy that at a grocery store but pickles and cheese, come on! Usually when we go on Sunday’s it’s empty at the time we arrive so I don’t understand why the tables aren’t clean. The two employees could easily be wiping down tables and cleaning the floor but I’m sure they’re too busy socializing with each other. Today you could see mud on the chair legs from someone with muddy shoes and I had to wipe our table down myself. The 5 star reviews must be “fake” reviews from friends and family or people around here just have really low standards. I don’t think we’ll be going back until they straighten out.
