Literally the best subway in sulphur. Every time I order from the one on the other side of the bridge they mess my order up royally, like literally never get the bacon I pay extra for, but this one, this one right here. Never messes up my order, and when they were trying to contact me they texted me to let me know when I missed their call, real Gs.

I went in here after a long day of work. Mind you I had to Uber.. I got there and I had to do an online order. Ok fine I offered my Uber driver a meal to wait for me.. did the online order and good still got the completely wrong sandwich.. and I’m not understanding how.. I spent 22$ on 2 footlongs . They couldn’t even help me use the mobile app they desperately wanted me to download. I called and called and called and even reached out to customer service and still nothing. Poor customer service! I called again maybe a hour later and got him on the phone. Good thing he remember me. But argued with him for 5 minutes.. offered to send pictures. He wanted me to get in a Uber again and come back to fix it.. I was so angry! I will never go there again. I’m very confused how you get turkey mixed up with roast beef!

I walked, which wasn’t to far for me so when I got there, there were 2 ladies sitting at a table up front, asked them if they were in line, they said No. The young lady working there was talking on the phone and a little loud and aggressive to whomever was on the other end. I probably stood there 3 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone. When she did, she was not nice. Never apologized for the wait….in fact she started talking to them 2 ladies sitting at the table. Never asked me what I wanted. At this point I’m thinking I’m fixing to leave. I’ve been going to Subway for many years and I’ve ALWAYS ordered the same thing……12 inch BMT on wheat, not toasted and dry….no sauces and extra salt and pepper and cutt into thirds so I already knew what I wanted. After a couple of minutes I told her what I wanted and to please cut it into thirds. I don’t know how bad her day was before I got there, but that honestly was the WORST Subway Sandwich I’ve ever had! Her mind was differently not at work or her customers. I told Thank You and I hope she’d had a better night. I’ve posted the receipt just to prove some of my words. I haven’t been back at that Subway!

Called to make an order and was put on hold. That part didn’t bother me. When she put the phone down and started telling the current customer that she hated people calling in orders and that she can’t believe that i called in an order, all loudly where i could hear, that part angered me and i hung up. When i arrived at the store a minute or so later. She was sitting at a table drinking and talking to her son who works with her. In the middle of making my sandwich, she remembers the phone and picks it up. That’s when i told her that i already hung up. She never apologized.
