It was 8pm. Walked in. Manager yelled at the staff because “you should’ve locked the doors”. They don’t close till 9pm. The person who made the food was nice and polite, but the lady who rung us up asked me 3 times with attitude what I had, because she was in the back the entire time. The food wasn’t very good, but this wasn’t even closing time. The worker who made the food was great, but the manager was sure that we knew we weren’t welcome, the entire experience was awful and I doubt I’ll ever go back. There’s plenty of other subways that could do better. Don’t waste your time.

Against my better judgement I gave it another try. Quality of ingredients is not great and they are very stingy. Got an eye roll for asking for more a bit more mayo and more than the 4 pieces of pepper they put on it. Bread seemed stale and sandwich was tasteless.

I went inside, and the woman behind the counter didn’t even look up at me. She kept talking on the phone. Finally, she got off the phone, went in back for about a minute, then came back and ignored me. She wouldn’t even look up. I waited a few minutes and then left. I was invisible to her.

This is my 3rd encounter with the manager at this subway. She is extremely rude. 1st encounter my food was nastly prepared I did get my refund but she was very nasty about it. 2nd encounter I was working for door dash and when I arrived to the store no one was in the front to assist me. I waited for 7 mins then finally I said hello and the same manager came to the front she was not working alone that day as I thought she propbably was because it took so long for someone to assist me. But her and another male employee emerged from the back after I said hello. 3rd. Encounter I was driving for doordash again and the customer was missing items out of the bag I called the Subway and encountered the same manager she was completely rude. And was yelling over the phone. Every encounter Ive had with her she seemed completely under the influance. That store needs a completely different manager or the manager needs some customer service training

misty is a horrible worker. Doesn’t know how to follow simple instructions on a online order. Stale bread, missing ingredients, all 3 sandwiches were wrong. Cookies stale ! She tried to have an attitude. Need to try for better training.
