Walked in at 2:10 pm on nov 2, 2025 didn’t get a hey hello how are you how can we help you or anything they both just sat there on their phones one of them even looked at us, so on turn me and my friend both ended up leaving after just standing there and ended up going elsewhere. That’s about the worst service there is to not even speak to your customers really need to do some customer service training or something

Just wow. 12:30, two guys in a row ask for meatballs. Must be popular. “Meatballs aren’t ready yet”. Um… most Subways open at 11am. Does it take over 1.5 hrs to heat meatballs? I order my sub and start telling the 2nd girl what I wanted. I would say and item and point numerous times, but she still didn’t comprehend. Maybe take your earbuds out. While getting our drinks we saw there were only large lids and we have regular drinks. We’re taking them in the car. Kind of need those lids. So I go ask for some. She tells us they’re right there next to the machine like we’re completely blind. Finally, she comes out with an attitude to put the lids out. Great way to represent your community to passerbys.

Trashy place. They close at 9 and we walked in at 7:55 and the lady come from the back hollering at the kid in the front asking him why he didn’t lock the doors. “My line is clean and I’m not dirtying it again.” First off, that “line” was nasty and dirty. If she thought that was clean, I’d hate to see the back of the store. 2nd, you don’t close for another hour so I’m not leaving. But then the kid working the front, probably never taught better is grabbing the deli meat, then touching the toaster then the bread warmer with the SAME gloves on. By this time I was disgusted and didn’t bother getting a sandwich. My daughter and boyfriend still got sandwiches. Then, she locked us in the store, caught an attitude when we were trying to check out all while multiple other customers were walking up to the store (with the open sign still flashing) and refusing to let them in because she was closed. Do not EVER come to this place. It’s pure gross and I feel bad for the kid that works there. Plus, she needs to keep her attitude in check. She doesn’t want to work, then go home. Nasty place.

Poor customer service.
My family has had terrible experiences at this location. Most recently a young female staff member’s entire demeanor was a clear display of being agitated with waiting on us even before beginning to take our orders. When replying to a simple question, her body language, tone and answer were extremely unprofessional and rude. She appeared to not want to answer the question and did not make an effort to ask another nearby staff member the answer. Another staff member rolled her eyes and answered our question impolitely. We were friendly despite how the staff were towards us. We eventually left without placing orders because we were told there were only two bread choices and it would be long before additional bread would be done baking. This happened on a Friday around 1PM (a common lunch hour). We saw a total of three staff members, however they were underprepared and the two females were very rude. Therefore, I urge others not to choose this Subway location.

Stopped in for lunch. This is the second time I’ve gone to this Subway and both times I was disappointed. It was around 1:00. There was no one in line except me. I stood at the counter for maybe 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I knew there were workers in the kitchen, maybe 3?
After getting my order started the young man that worked there that day was very uninterested in what he was doing. I asked for spinach and the spinach was black and slimy. I asked him to take it off and he tried, sorta. I asked for mayonnaise and he squirted 3 huge piles of mayo on my sandwich. I told him to just put the top on it and I would take care of it, which he did.
All of the above to ask the question, why would a Subway serve rotten spinach to their customers? Do they really think that we don’t notice? Most Subways I go into, the staff at least pretend to want to serve you a good sandwich and they smile. They say thank you when you leave. Not this one in Opelousas, LA. It was a terrible sandwich. I’m not going back to that one.

This has to be the worst Subway, EVER!!!! The staff unfriendly, and rude…omg the veggies section was a total mess, wilted lettuce, disgusting, soggy tomatoes…
This was the second time I’ve purchased a subway sandwich from here, and was NOT able to eat it, the bread fell apart, this time, so I’d never visit them again

Liz was the ultimate “sub master” and gave the best customer service my boyfriend and I have had in a very long time. I had not gone to Subway in close to a year, while he goes quite often, but we were both quite impressed with her attentiveness and friendliness! Really enjoyed being in her company.
