Ms. Faye was just the sweetest lady! Very pleasant, and easy to talk to! No she wasn’t the fastest at making our two sandwiches, as you could tell she was new and learning the process, but our order was correct, and our experience was delightful..with her! The young man that was working with her, yes knew the menu and the process very proficiently…however, his attitude toward his coworkers and teamwork could definitely use some work! He was very rude in front of customers toward Ms. Faye, and did not offer to assist in any way or fashion. His teamwork, leadership, and teaching skills are very slack.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees in the back clearly ignored me and my wife. They made eye contact multiple times and never bothered to come take our order. Don’t bother stopping here, total waste of time. Bathrooms at the stop were filthy too.

Stopped in to get a shower. Noticed that, even though Subway closed a few hours ago, there’s still food sitting on the make table, uncovered. The lights are still on, but there’s no one in there. Looks like the employees just left it and went home. Tried to call the customer service line, but it’s all digital now, no real person. Sure hope nobody gets food poisoning when they serve it up tomorrow!

Horrible service, the young lady tried dealing with three customers at one time because she didn’t want to change her gloves so she’s eating up all the truck drivers clocks one driver just walked away even after his sandwich was made she didn’t want to ring him up after his sandwich was made because she wanted to finish the other three sandwiches. Then why she was making the sandwich she put too much lettuce on this sandwich and the guy said that’s too much lettuce and she just takes the lettuce off and throws it back in the bin that lettuce should have went in the garbage .

So slow! It took the 35 mins to get 5 sandwiches made. Tryed to over charge us on one of our sandwiches, then continued to assume we didnt know what we got. I got a foot long veg. But it was 99% bread. My veg did not reach anywhere close to the edges.not friendly at all. The woman didnt even look at us and the man ignored us in the beginning. Nothing was filled or clean.
