There were 2 workers in there at the time, one older, one younger. The younger one didnt seem like she wanted to work, walking outside 3 times, ordering pizza next door on her shift, wearing pajamas to work and clogs, and playing on her phone in the prep room. Employees were both on break at the time we visited and the older on that went make our food never washed her hands between playing with her phone, eating, and then going prepare our food. As a food manager myself, I understand that the hourly workers are usually never the ones with the Servsafe, but not once did they wash their hands before even going back to their own food.

We went yesterday and ordered 3 subs. My 7yr old got food posing from the meatballs. I called today to tell them they may wanna pull them. I was told “it’s not their problem and there’s no way it was from them”. Uumm excuse me when a kid is throwing up undigested bread,lettuce, meatballs and tomato yes it’s y’all problem. A friend of a friend also said the health department shut them down for a few days bc they failed inspection. I wasn’t gonna come and complain but one I was told “that’s not our problem!” Well now it is. It’s not like I asked for a refund I just wanted them to be aware so someone else kid or anyone for that matter didn’t get sick.
They need to shut it down and deep clean and a whole new team of employees!

I came in today and ordered a sandwich and noticed that the meat was not too great looking. I asked if she could grab other meat instead and her response was “Do you want your sandwich or not?”. I asked her what she said, and she told me that “What meat did you want?” This isn’t the first time she was extremely rude to me. Same girl just as last time. I will be reaching out to Corporate and the Franchise owner.

Horrible!!!!!! Please do not come here !!! my husband and I went to purchase two meals of the day and the total rung up to over $20 after not telling us the price and the manager Debby could not explain why. She said that she could not give us a refund nor money back on a subway gift card. If I can’t give 0 stars I would. this place needs to be shut down immediately or under new management. Ridiculous !!!!

They were very rude and unfriendly soda was spilled on a table and I asked for a rag to clean it twice and the girl working finally gave me a few paper towels and said that should be enough and it wasn’t so the table stayed with soda all over it and the girls never went clean it mind you my sister and I was there for a hour as we walked out the girls were still being lazy and haven’t cleaned it up
