I absolutely refuse to ever use the subway app again. Everytime I use it they skimp on the ingredients and I’m disappointed when I get home. I will only order in person now to watch them put full servings on. How you gonna put a tablespoon of steak on a footlong steak sub. Only ordering in person ever again so I can watch them make it.

I called over the phone and asked a simple question and all I received was an attitude. The employee let me speak to a manager and I can hear that same employee being rude in the back ground and didn’t get a good response from the manager either. I was a loyal customer but I’ll just stop coming to this location. A simple yes or no could’ve avoided the whole situation.

I have never written a review in my life but after this experience I had to. I would not recommend this location. The place was empty and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge my existence, even after calling out to try to make them aware. Once they did finally come to the front one says to the other “aww someone’s in here” and they both laugh and hesitate to start my sandwich. On top of that, the girl making my sub acted annoyed that I interrupted her socializing time with her co-worker, but continues her inappropriate conversation anyway. Extremely unprofessional staff and I will not be returning to this location.

Will never return to this location. The ladies that work there always have attitudes.no eye contact. What do you want is what I was greeted with. When called to speak or get then name of the GM. The lady told me no one was above her and she is not allowed to give info to anyone. Very poor management. I will no longer spend my money there, it obvious they don’t need the money or customers to stay open.

Not in the habit of posting bad reviews, but everytime we go to the Albertson Pkwy location by Taco Bell, it’s not a good experience. You are consistently rushed there even when there are no other customers. Yesterday was the worst ever. No one else there and the girl was hopping and bouncing all over the place, even when I asked her to make one sandwich at a time. She had me so nervous that I couldn’t even think. Never experienced this at any other Subway. Will not be going to that location again.

Well run and well kept place. The subs are always consistent and the staff keep the lines moving even during lunch rush. I go there a lot and the staff recognize repeat customers and make them feel welcome for coming back.

The hours say until 8 pm. However I arrived at 630 and although the sign said open the store was closed. I learned they have been closing early on Sunday. If that’s the case the hours should be changed on the web site.
