They have a gentleman working there that can’t understand English and won’t fix my sandwich the way I like it. This is not the first time. He refused to heat up meat for my sandwich. I usually go here often and never have my bread toasted. I will look elsewhere for lunch. We try again in a month. If he waits on me again, I’ll just walk out. Note: usually on phone with ear buds. Maybe be the cause of not listening to customers.

I just had the best subway wrap of my life not joking. Texted about it as I was finishing the sandwich, saying how who ever created this sandwich was very passionate. I had to make my way to the review section and let it be known, as I can see someone else felt the same way. Ordered online was ready as soon as I walked in and greeted by name.

My Spicy Italian sub was prepared with love, lol! The sandwich artist at this location must have some special hands because my sub just tasted extremely good for some reason. Flavorful and fresh. I was highly satisfied.

I did an online delivery order from this Subway restaurant. When the order was delivered, it was missing a bag of chips. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them the order delivered was missing the bag of chips they blamed the DoorDash deliverer for not including the bag of chips in my order. Really? I would expect Subway and not the DoorDash deliverer to ensure the order was packed correctly. This restaurant also refused to provide a Credit to my credit card because they said they can not provide credits to orders delivered by delivery services like DoorDash. I would definitely not do an online delivery orders from this Subway restaurant in the future.

Just had left the donlon ave location due to lack of good customer service. Get to tgis location the worker sitting down playing on her phone til i had to say excuse me, excuse me can i place an order she said here or the shell i said here. She had an attitude so i said whats wrong youre tired or someone aggravated you? No greeting no hello no thank you come bk. Thats just sad & so rude 2 sad subways in one day omg !!!
