THE WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD !!! i am a subway lover so this is not normal. i’m furious. me and my boyfriend decided to pick up some subway tonight because we didn’t feel like cooking. after arriving home. we discovered that our subs were as thin as paper. we both order chicken bacon ranch on flat bread. we had barely any chicken half the amount of bacon and they were dry. we asked for extra things and received less than normal quantities. i have never had a bad experience with subway so this makes me so upset. just getting off work and not eating all day to having to eat something that simply doesn’t taste the same as normal or good at all.

I specifically asked if the bread was fresh and was told yes because I know I wouldn’t be able to go back tonight. Get to my sister’s house so her worker can leave. The bread is so hard and still not like it was just stale I know the difference i’ve worked for a subway before proceed to call and he says the bread is fresh. Bring it back. once again another lackluster experience. straight out the gate, i am just about screaming and im still not being heard whenever he took my order. not to mention another purposeful misgendering- we corrected him multiple times politely and he would only give sideways glances. whenever he was putting toppings on, he purposely gave us like way less a portion than usual. fast forward to whenever we’re paying, we were using a coupon and they tried to explain that we couldn’t use it because “you can’t use it at available restaurants” but i could use literally any other one on the sheet???? like literally how does that make sense??? not to mention they purposely started talking too fast to try and confuse us. on top of that whenever we were confused about how ONE COUPON wouldn’t work but every other one would, he started to snicker. and then not to mention he gave me the dirtiest look when i didn’t tip. like with the attitude he just gave me?? he’s lucky we didn’t just walk out

This is my lunch time location. I have tried other location and NONE compares to the service. The store is nice and clean. The service is great! Orders are made perfectly. Even with the lunch crowd the service is still awesome.

Do not order from here . I ordered on the app and it charged my card but they said order didn’t go through . I had to pay twice and store employees said charge would fall off and it never did

Went yesterday to the subway by rouses in Lafayette. I ended walking out without my sandwich. The lady that was making my sandwich asked if I wanted it toasted and I told her no but she toasted it anyway because she was busy talking to another employee and not paying attention to the customers.

The girl had an extremely bad attitude and literally rolled her eyes when I walked in. She was on her phone cursing as she was talking to someone. The other girl didn’t even acknowledge me and just looked at me and had an attitude the entire time. I don’t usually post this type of stuff but this was ridiculous

Hubby and I stopped here on our way back home and although I couldnt understand the cajun accent they were very courteous and friendly. Restaurant was clean.Food was ok…But yeah I couldnt understand them.I thought the girl was having a stroke..LOL..I asked her are you ok? That Cajun Bayou.
