This location is my favorite out of all the restaurants in Lafayette. It’s always well maintained and peaceful when I visit . Their service is good as well. I would love to become an employee at this location. I definitely recommend visiting during your lunch breaks .

It said on google that it was more busy than usual. No one was there. Then I asked the guy if bread was fresh. It was not. I had my order to go and when I got back to hotel bread was super dry. Won’t be back.

Never again. Ordered through subway app. Paid subway. Have a receipt from subway. Ordered meatball sub (basic) and a bottled sweet tea. Delivery gets here no tea. Sandwich was fine. Was told not subways problem it’s door dash problem. Would not even refund the tea. If I ask someone to pick up a prepaid order and the order is not complete and the tea was not offered how is that not the employees fault no matter who picked it up. So I paid subway 21.13 for a basic meatball sub. Young man says I can come get it. Yeah. That’s why I ordered delivery- 18 wheels next to the front door might be messy. So thank you subway for NOT doing the right thing. Never again….

Theres on employee that works on my nerve everytime i go there. He dont give you time to talk. This is all you here anything else anything else anything else got dam give me time to tell you what else. You sound like a broken computer. I ordered 4 sandwiches and all of a sudden he helped someone else as well by the time he almost complete my sandwiches he said i dont have anymore jalopenas so i walked out empty handed due to the fact i wasnt happy with the services. The sad part i live right by homedepot and ended up at the subway in the shell station by the airport.

I came here on my lunch break to get the steak and cheese on a spinach wrap. I bite into the sandwich only to realize that the meat was spoiled. I called the manager and told him that my meat was spoiled. He apologized stating that he would make another sandwich in which I refused. The manager in turned hung up. RUN FROM THIS SUBWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!

I personally have not attended this subway joint, since I have NEVER visited the state of LA. My subway mobile app was hacked and someone decided to order subway every single day off my account charging my discover card with $150 worth of food. I disputed every charge and the credit card company was able to reverse my charges and launch an investigation. This particular branch disputed one of the fraud charge and determined upon themselves that it was a valid charge. I ended up being responsible for this charge at this particular subway location. I find this VERY disturbing…
