not coming back ordered a cold cut combo and a chicken bacon ranch they forgot my meat on my cold cut and the bacon on the chicken bacon i had them remake it and sat down and ate than watched them proceed to mess up everyone’s order behind me. one guy ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they put steak all over it and than someone ordered another cold cut combo and they had no idea what meat came on it. this lady is ordering the chicken dipper and they already messed it up twice and remade it and it’s still not right.

We found machine drinks had a weird bacterial smell to them. I raised my concern to one of the employees and she was very rude. I couldn’t swap out my fountain drink for a bottle drink because it cost extra even though I already paid for 2 6.99 combos. SHE EVEN SAID IT HAD A SMELL!! and still allowed people to use the fountain Machine even after acknowledging it has a bacterial smell!

Worst place ever…ordered the beast sub and they didn’t even put the meat on it and it’s put together so sloppy! My son ordered steak and cheese and got no cheese no peppers or onions…husband ordered a salad and got no lettuce…tasted horrible..wouldn’t recommend at all

The Subway store in Amite is known for its poor treatment of customers, particularly during a recent incident where the owner kicked out two EMT/paramedic workers during National EMT/Paramedic Week. These workers, who dedicate their lives to saving others, simply came in to play pool and pass some time between their shifts. Instead of being treated with respect and appreciation for their service, they were rudely shown the door. This kind of behavior shows a lack of understanding and respect for the hardworking first responders in the community.
On top of that, the staff at this Subway location have a reputation for being generally rude and unwelcoming. From dismissive attitudes to poor customer service, it’s clear that the store lacks a focus on making customers feel comfortable and valued. Many who visit leave with a sour impression, noting that their requests are often met with impatience and a lack of professionalism. This type of behavior, combined with the disrespect shown to local EMTs, makes it clear that this Subway needs a serious attitude adjustment.

The entrance is not swept daily same nasty trash seen my 3rd visit there. Hours are incorrect or maybe workers just are lazy and don’t want to be bothered. Went by after l got off of work around 8:44 and they were closed, tried to get something to eat on a Saturday night and the website site says closes at 11pm. When l pulled up, at 10:15 they cut the lights off and walked out the back doors looking at me if and attitude. I only get the meatball sub from here and they litterly place 1 meatball in a row, the meatballs are small so you are only eating bread. I will not be returning to this location

Will NEVER go to the one on Hwy. 16 in Amite again. My friend went to the ladies room both times we recently went. NO toilet paper! Place seems not well cleaned or kept up. Take it off your list!

Food was awful, service was awful, they tried to charge me for another sandwich i didnt order all the while barely being able to speak English and having an attitude. Do not recommend, stay away and spend your money elsewhere
