Best Subway location I have visited. This location is remodeled and looks amazing. Food was fresh and taste delicious. The restaurant was clean, nice and neat. The employees were friendly and respectful.

Be prepared for friction when using coupons, discounts or other deals. My previous visit, they said that coupons would only be honored through online ordering, though my area regularly receives physical coupons though the mail. Going to be the last time I go for a long time.

The guy behind the counter made me feel uncomfortable. I asked him for mozzarella cheese and he told me it was discontinued. When I got to the end of the bar I seen the mozzarella and I said “ it’s not discontinued it’s right here” he said “ I know it’s just extra” as if I didn’t have an extra 2 dollars for cheese. lol 0-10 would not recommend!

Well until today this was my go to store. The person behind the counter never said a word to me as I walked in. Never asked what they could get started and when I said “I’d like to order a foot long multi grain” I got a snap back of “out of multi grain” not a we are out can I get you something else etc. IF you hate your job that much then quit. Businesses struggle enough without rude and nasty employees being clearly annoyed that someone came through the door. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to Ponchatoula, the one by the airport, or Robert. Check your employees. They are horrible!

I placed an order online and when I checked the sandwiches at home, one of them didn’t have cheese. I called to explain to the staff member and he kept insisting that he put cheese on both sandwiches. I looked, my sister looked, and no cheese. I was told to bring it back and I can get a new one made. Get all the way there, gave the employee the sandwich, he takes it to the side, opens it, and claims there was cheese on it and told I could have another made if I paid for it. I just walked out and left. That was poor service and I even tipped on my order that I picked up because I know they are important.

I ordered dinner for my kids . However, we noticed after we made it home that the breads were switched. I called the subway on sw railroad to tell them about the problem. The guy that answered the phone talked to me with such a nonchalant attitude, so distasteful. I asked if I could speak to the manager and all I heard was an utter silence, so I eventually hung up. Please check your food before leaving these restaurants. These people that take our money and serve us have no compassion, nor do they care.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They give you about 4 thin slices of meat and make you pay $2 extra for an extra 4! Try to keep your change for a tip! The lady there today on 10/17 2:30pm was extremely rude and was mad that I was watching them make my whack a** sandwich!! Definitely not going back and recommending those around me to never go back! This is the THIRD terrible experience I’ve had there! Telling all family and friends never go there & posting on all social media accounts about this place!! DO BETTER!!
