We walked in he Galliano Subway after 5 p.m. on 1-8-2026 and there was 5 people ahead of us waiting in line to be served. The young guy Gavin K. serving us was by himself got everyone served and out in a timely manner and was so quick and very polite, had a great attitude towards everyone he served. It was great to have such great service this evening. Give Gavin a raise.

No one in-line behind me or ordering. Employee stood there and made 8 orders(uber eats probably) instead of taking my order. Waited 10 minutes and watched the show, then walked out. She didn’t say a word as I walked out.

I ordered a pizza which he did right. The second order was steak and cheese, he barely put any steak on the sandwich. I had to tell him again I wanted it toasted. Then I ordered The outlaw and didn’t even make it the way it suppose to be. Finally came to check out and he didn’t even say anything so I preceded to order cookies so he threw the bag with my sandwiches and went to the back to get a box for my cookies. Came back and didn’t even say anything just starting serving the next customer. I had to ask if he added the cookies and I really don’t think he did. He just said you can put your card in and continued to serve the next customer. He has a horrible attitude especially when dealing with the public. I ordered 2/6in sandwiches, 1 pizza add bacon and 6 cookies and i believe that should be more than $21.??. It’s very sad he treats customers like that.

I work at another Subway and all I can say that these people need to take a course on how to read reserve orders. Multiple times, I have remotely placed an order on several occasions at this place and every time it is prepared incorrectly. I understand that the lunch rush is a bit challenging however it isn’t an excuse to keep messing up a simple order, multiple times. The order ticket is clearly printed and is broken down step by step therefore I cannot understand what part of it they cannot comprehend. I think in the lunch rush they gave me someone else’s order with mine because one of my protein bowls had tomatoes and I didn’t request tomatoes with any of the meals I ordered. I always add bacon in my bowl and I’m always charged but I never get any. Originally, I wanted to give this store a 1 star however they do indeed replace their mistakes with abundance which is why I give two stars. I don’t like leaving negative reviews because I don’t believe in them however when there is a repeated mistake with every order I place then something needs to be said and I have placed numerous orders with this store. So now, I won’t in future. I’m understanding when one or two mistakes happen because for a sandwich artist, it can be a bit intimidating and can cause you to mess up, but to constantly make the same mistakes, is clearly an issue that is not being addressed and it’s a shame. One of the best in the franchise I’ve visited. Very clean and spacious restaurant. Lots of places to sit and convenience store is connected within walking distance. Never had to wait long for food to be prepared even when there is a few people waiting. Delivered with a smile and they always strike up a pleasant conversation with everyone. Nice relaxing atmosphere overall.

All the ladies that worked there were very nice and helpful. They even knew how to do the classic V-cut for my meatball sandwich.

My husband and I went to Subway located in Pelican Plaza in Galliano on June 23rd for supper. The two employees serving the customers, namely the Mobley Brothers, were awesome. They are extremely friendly, mannered and helpful. All employees working directly with customers should emulate these two!
