I honestly don’t understand the point of being open when you are always out of Meats, produce, bread, condiments and cheese. Pretty much everything. Whoever is in charge of Inventory isn’t doing their job. oh and don’t even think about calling the number that they have advertised It never works. Not surprised at all.

Our Bourg Subway was finally rebuilt after Hurricane Ida! I ordered in the app and my order wasn’t correct. I didn’t feel like driving back after, but I still enjoyed my sandwich. I’d rather just order in person next time to ensure it comes correct.

I absolutely love ordering from this Subway. I come here very frequently for lunch time because I work relatively close and this location always exceeds my expectations. Even when there are mess ups, they always make it right and go the extra mile. Their employees always serve me fresh and hot food with positive attitudes. For example, today I ordered my meal online and showed up to the store within six minutes – the two employees working the front recognized me immediately and called me over to check out and grab my food. Thank you for always giving me great service.

Well there phone lines are always messed up. They charged us TWICE for Our Order. I went in person to the store brought my receipt the owner/manager was not in. I left the receipt with the young guy and girl who were working. I left my number for the Manager/Owner to call me Monday when they came in!
They never returned my call. If the wife didn’t look at our bank statement we wouldn’t have know. Even the young lady working the counter stated they where having trouble with the on line orders and there internet and phones!,,
So we will not be ordering are eating there even though it is less then a .5 miles away. We work to hard for our money to just give it away. Plus the meat was skimpy and lack of sauce on one. Then they didn’t even put everything in the bag my wife had to go back.
Before the storm they had great customer service and you got what you paid for! Sad you try and support local business any this happens! All we want was to be contacted and the issue addressed!

Would give a zero but it requires me to use a 1.
terrible service ordered a salad wouldn’t cut up vegetables and turkey, very little use of vegetables, no salad dressing, no croutons, had to beg to get a fork so I wouldn’t have to eat with my hands. Asked for a knife to cut up my vegetables and guess what no knife available either. This is the worst subway to eat at wouldn’t recommend it to my dog!! Music sounded like I was at a dance club!!

Ordered a turkey sandwich with shredded cheese toasted with light honey mustard and lights onions, they put 10 shreds of cheese, extra honey mustard and extra onions. They barely toast the sandwiches and it’s still cold. They have no melts that every other subway has and they were also talking about how subway and their food sitting out for hours makes them sick with customers in the store. Usually good service here but I will never be back after this experience.
