Recently got a coupon and when I gave it to them, they scanned it and then looked at me and said, “it doesn’t scan.” No reason was given. Is this where we are now? The coupon does not expire until late summer 2025, and this made no sense. I will be trying it out at another location in the area and if it is accepted, I will be getting office orders there in the future.

Out of all the Subway’s I’ve patronized, this one is the cat’s pajamas baby! I don’t frequent this all to often, but when I do, the guy remembers me and my order and asks where I’ve been. Not as impressive if this place were never busy, but it’s gangbusters all the time. Barking out orders, making small talk, slingin sandwiches.

I legit just asked the dude who made my sandwich for cheese, apparently he put it on there but I didn’t see. I was kind and calm I asked the woman who was putting ny topings on next for some cheese and got yelled at by the man saying I ALRRADY PUT CHEESE ON THERE ITS MELTED. Like clearly was aggravated by me asking for more cheese. It was beyond unexpected and completely rude. I only go to this subway because I work in the building otherwise I wouldn’t go here again. The women have never treated me wrong but today the man really had my nerves going. I get scared when people yell at me and I shouldn’t be yelled at for asking for cheese lmao unprofessional as idk what.
