If I could give 0 stars I would. The Indian guy behind the counter was very rude, racist and disrespectful. I walked in and saw a tray of dirt utensils used to make the sandwiches which he could only distinguish which one was for chicken bc it had old disgusting chicken particles on it. One had old dried up sauce all over it no type of washing of any of them after making sandwiches. He only had white and wheat bread he yelled at me for wanting more chicken and told me no because he’s about to close he then proceeded to ask me to pay right now before toasting my food. I then asked him to put my undone sandwich in the oven to toast and I would then pay because flies were flying around his bowl of unclean utensils. He said no pay now. He then yelled at me and told me to go to Taco Bell. I then said fine I don’t want it anymore the service here is horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to the unsanitary , unprofessional establishment. I love subway but he gives a terrible representation of the company

Terrible experience. The male employee who works here has a very bad attitude, barely puts any toppings on the sandwich and grumbles if you ask him to add more toppings so you’re not just eating a piece of bread. The lady does a much better job, but she isn’t there often. I’ve stopped coming here and now make the longer drive to the Gen Meyer location, WAY BETTER.
Strong recommend not coming to this location. Poor attitude and terrible sandwich. Not the subway experience one expects, especially after the massive price increases over the last few years.

I made an order for pick up via Doordash. I showed the man working my proof of receipt via Doordash’s directions, but he told me it wasn’t enough. After yelling at me in English/whatever his native language for a few minutes, I decided I had had enough of the harassment for a sandwich I had ALREADY PAID FOR. I took my sandwich and left. He then followed me out to my car, yelling and asking for my receipt.
I will not be patronizing this Subway again. No one deserves to be harassed for something that they have already paid for.

It’s a shame I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve Ben comeing to this location on and of for about 3 months not much hade changed the man is rude stingy on anything put on the sandwich then when u ask if he could put the proper amount he wants to argue that one straight line of Pepers and 4 pickles is the proper serving on a foot long can’t get anything els it’s either freezer burnt wilted old or black like the spinach the woman dose a much better job at makeing the sandwich and she actually moves around the stuff on top to find the ingredients that aren’t obviously old much respect to her the man needs to find a new job because you can taste the self hate in the sad sandwich made from a truly sad individual

It’s not even one star! The man behind the counter is extremely rude. My gf is pregnant and he screamed at her when she asked to use the public restroom. Also not very clean counters and the Veggies are definitely not fresh. The lettuce is brown.

I don’t even write reviews but the boss is completely rude and extremely cheap when it comes to giving portions. I was the only customer there and he’s rushing me and he got mad when I started asking for vegetables on my sandwich. Avoid this Subway and just go to another one.

The male sandwich maker is very stingy with item dressings … last few times tomato & lettuces were not fresh. Add too the fact that a hidden shield prevents one from seeing the meat/cheese items.

Incredible customer service. The staff smiled , greeted, and worked diligently. The steak portion is 3 out of 5, but this is still a great Subway, specially compared to others in New Orleans.

Started coming here a lot when I was pregnant last year and never had an issue. I’ve ordered online from here as well as go in to order. Food is always good, my sandwich today was the best one yet and service is decent (but this is NO lol). Anyway, I will continue to go here.
