Beware of this subway. Made an online order that went through and money debited out of my account. A couple minutes later the store cancels/voids my order. I call them and they said they didn’t get my order and that they can’t cancel orders. So now I paid for food that I never received.

Today was the first time that my sandwich was PERFECT! Sadly, I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that made it, nor did I see it on the receipt. BUT, he was extremely nice and I appreciate his service today!

The man who works at the location on Hickory is my buddy. He always greets me and friends. He knows exactly what I want, always jokes with us, and the food is fresh/delicious/ what I crave. They are doing a good job with the COVID precautions. It is ALWAYS clean, smells amazing when you first walk in and I like what they did with the tables so people dont get right up next to the food shield. Go visit my buddy he always remembers the cookies.

Probably best during a rush like lunchtime. They accepted my online order but weren’t open for business. I tried getting a refund but got the run around. I’m still not sure of their hours because the hours posted don’t match the actual opening hours.
