This is the greatest subway I have ever been to. The chicken was so tender after it came out the oven. I had a cookie so warm I melted into it. I had to get up to go buy another sub and cookie and I ate 3 footlongs and 5 cookies that day. The meatball sub was so creamy and they open new bags of sauce every hour. I drive the extra hour every single week for this subway because I live in calmette. As I write this review I am eating my 2nd footlong of the day no the hour.

Placed an online order and they only had 2 wheat loaves and cheese left, no white bread. I told them what bread to put on which sandwich per each individuals taste. They messed up the order and did it the opposite way, but couldn’t fix the order because they were now out of bread

The place was crawling with roaches. I could also see a roach sticky trap covered with roaches in the kitchen. Disgusting. A roach was crawling on the wall next to our table. We threw the food in the trash and left.

Pulled up at 630 suppose to close at 7 they have doors locked and everything cleaned already so they really shut down at 6. I am a plant worker and this is the only fast food out this way piss poor management.

Young girls that work here never want to work or attend people coming in. They have their friends over at the restaurant and they are chillin and talking and not attending the client. I’ve stopped goin to this restaurant due to the lack of respect towards the clients and immature personnel that work in this chain. Once again manager should view cameras and put a stop to the lack of work and eagerness of these young immature employees. Get people who do want to work and non of this childish employees. They should get fired.

Today I was waved off through the window by an employee signifying that they are closed. It was 7:14 p.m. The employees just want to sit in there and get free money in this place. This is the second time this happened.

We all know subway. And for the most part, you know what you’re getting. In this case, it was bad. They had 4 people behind the counter. The one seemingly in charge was berating the only white girl on crew. The “leader” had a sour attitude and was on her phone as she checked people out. They were out of multiple items to make a sandwich, there wasn’t any soda in the machine, had no tea(sweet or unsweet). After I sat down, the lady behind me said something to the “leader” about how things were going and wasn’t happy. I left before it was over. This is the worst experience from subway thus far.
