Sach was my “sandwich artist” today – pay this man more! He was extremely respectful and calm while facing a rush of hungry, annoyed people. He took care of us quickly and also offered some suggestions for improving our sandwiches when we weren’t totally sure what we wanted now that the menu has changed. Great staff really makes a place, good job.

Absolutely horrendous service. The frail old lady was extremely hostile and threatened to fight my family member when they told her that they still had an hour to closing. She is very lucky that she did not make good on her threats. Completely unbecoming behavior. The fact that she has a job is striking. She even berated her poor coworker who was a much nicer young lady. She complained about having to serve us to our faces and kept saying she couldn’t wait until 8:30 so she could close up shop. She gave attitude when we ordered something that wasn’t in stock (don’t know how we’re supposed to be aware of what they have on hand). Just an utterly abysmal experience from a classless worker who perhaps should consider retiring. Go somewhere else if you’d prefer to not have to get into an altercation just to order a subpar sandwich.

I’ve eaten there twice in the last two weeks and every time the bread was STALE. When I mentioned it the lady she became very hostile, and was impolite to my concern. I even took the bread and showed her that it was dry and stale that’s when her anger escalated !!
Will never set foot in that place ever again.

Went there today 10/10/24.. I got the bacon chicken ranch.. service was good.. But the chicken looked as if it was out the can when I got it to work .. I tried to call me .. no answer.. And the bread was hard smh

Went there at about 215p, stood there for about 2 minutes, rang the bell for assistance and the young man that was there informed me that he was on break and was the only one there. I asked if I had to wait on him, he then stated, yes, because he wanted to finish his food. He looked upset when I asked him that question. Told him, dont worry about it, its obvious his sandwich was more important than his job, and I walked out. Never experienced bad service at that location until today. Not good customer service or a good look for that location.

Went there ordered sandwich. After we got sandwich we decided we wanted a pretzel. We were told you need to order pretzel when you order sandwich. We didn’t know we wanted pretzel until after. Then when we got home. We want to eat pretzel there was so much salt on it that we couldn’t eat it. We had to take the salt off. It still didn’t taste good. The sandwich was a cold cut combo it tasted terrible. Mostly Bologna. The bread was supposed to be toasted but it was just warm. The bread looks like it got a lot thinner than it used to be. No more. I wish I had food to comment on. I couldn’t get to that part. My fiance and I were the only two in line. The child behind the counter was prepping the Italian herb and cheese bread (immediately after helping the guest in front of us). There was no “one moment” or even a “after this tray.” She started prepping the NEXT tray right in front of us.
I just moved to laplace. I enjoy subway, but this is well below the standard I expect.

0 People inside, Absolutely rude soon as you walk in. “Buy something or get out!” shouted at you as you walk in, and 0 politeness. Manager tries to excuse their rube behavior with a “We can’t have loiters, it’s bad for business.” Staff is frequently on phones.
