Terrible food, terrible service, terrible atmosphere. I ordered a chicken teriyaki and the chicken was mush.The service was bad, the gentleman working the drive thru was mumbling and standoffish, and I eventually just gave up on trying to ask him to repeat himself. The slop of a sandwich was overpriced and underwhelming. The vegetables were somehow simultaneously grainy and mushy and it was objectively one of the worst sandwiches I have gotten. I was going to work night shift and was hoping this would hold me over until the morning but I’d rather go hungry than eat that sloppy, disgusting mess of a meal.
I will never go back to any Subway ever. I ended up throwing the sandwich away as it just disgusted me.

I placed a mobile order previously, and it was made incorrectly. I called in to put in a complaint, and Ms. Jovanna was polite and apologized. Then, she offered to replace the incorrect item. I love good customer service.
Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how you respond to them that adds to your character. The employees are nice, but the product was not.
Now, let’s talk about the additional 30 minutes I had to wait for my food…just to get a pizza with the toppings falling off.
So, at this point I think I’m done with this location. “Only in LaPlace” ♀️

It’s the worst subway I have ever been. I got 4 slices of toasted beef instead of 6 as in other subways. They are maintaining cheap standard. Please don’t go to eat there.

We have been using coupons at this location twice a week for two months now. The other night my husband went and once he ordered 3 sandwiches he was told the coupons weren’t being accepted by the scanner. He paid $40 for three sandwiches! The coupons weren’t expired. When we asked why they weren’t being accepted the girl working there didn’t have an answer. We called for a manager and were told the manager wasn’t in. They would leave a message and call us the next day. It has been two days and we haven’t received the common courtesy of a phone call. We have called twice and are always told the manager isn’t in or they just left. They obviously don’t care about their customers! After reading previous reviews I am convinced that the manager is only interested in making money but not helping the people that are keeping her in business. She could at least call to hear what we have to say!

Subways is a reliable quick stop for a salad on a road trip, the place was clean, the employee was friendly, but customers are tired of being asked for tips at every card reader everywhere. This quick lunch ended up costing more than a much nicer dinner out at a local restaurant later that day; the value is just not there with the high prices and endless tipping culture.

I did not eat. I went to get a paper for possible catering options. Apparently Subway doesn’t do tray sandwiches anymore they do a box of 4 footlong sandwiches cut into 3 inch sections and I THINK you get chips (doubt it)

upon entrance I can tell that the cashier had an attitude. She was pouting like my toddlers do when they don’t get their way. Stay away from this location if you’d prefer people with better energy and attitudes to prepare your food. I probably won’t even eat my food now how bad the cashiers attitude was. This incident happened on 2/5/23 around 11:45 am.
Ethnicity: African American (dark skinned toned), kind of short and chunky, had her hair styled in an Afro puff ponytail.

The new staff at the local subway restaurant have demonstrated exceptional customer service and accuracy in fulfilling orders. Since the change in staff, my lunch orders have consistently been correct.
