I came here 3 times and all the times staff are so mean and don’t bother to talk in normal way. I was simply astonished and felt came to African country. Never expected this from a prominent food chain like subway. Start giving training to your staff on how to talk to customers then assess them on regular basis.

This place is horrible. Only bread choice is white/Italian or wheat. Italian looks like a breadstick. At least 10 people were turned away on 10/14/22 because the card reader was broken. I had 4 sandwich orders..good thing I had cash with me. You lost a lot of business..and money that day. I don’t live here but visit often because my family lives here. Everytime I stop in to this Subway, there’s an issue. Hardly any drink cup covers. Come on..I’ve worked “fast food” before. It takes a matter of minutes to stock supplies. Not sure why there’s never any bread or cookies in this store..this happened the last time I came in also. Plenty of people standing around..none of them know how to stock supplies or bake bread or cookies? There’s no reason for this. I’ll think twice before coming here again.

Have mercy! The tuna! I went during lunch time. It was busy but the employees were quickly rolling them out as they came. The employees were very polite, the sandwich was rolling, and the location was clean. The only thing I would bring up would be the employees being extra careful with long sleeves. I once saw someone making a sandwich and their sleeve was rested on the bread while they cut it. I may be a stickler, but if that was fixed this place would be perfect!

First, they didn’t have any buns for the sliders. Second, they didn’t have any foot long Italian herbs and cheese. Third, I overheard them tell another customer they didn’t have any guacamole.
The employees also didn’t seem to have much in the way of customer service training. The first employee says, “watchoo want?” Another kept her tongue out the majority of the time. And yet another employee was more concerned with putting lotion on her hands than ringing up the customer.
Overall, I won’t be returning to this location. We only went here because it is next to where we were getting an oil change. The only good thing was the soup–it wasn’t fantastic but at least they weren’t out of that, too.

It’s really a good Subway, but the workers could be more friendly and listen when fixing my sandwich instead of talking to other co-worker’s. I like to be listened to because I really don’t care for globs of mustard and mayo. So, I wait till they finished so I can finish. Other than that it’s wonderful. I just have a too much condiments issue. They fix the sandwich perfect just have to make sure they’re focus on your sandwich when it comes to the condiments. Lol
