This location should be ashamed of itself!! I ordered meal deal. Ordered sandwich and the employee refused to ad more than a few vegetables. I was told “…not allowed to put too many vegetables on the sandwich.” So she only let me have 3 spinach leaves, two cucumbers and no pickles or bell peppers. The deli meat appeared old and unrefrigerated. Soda was flat. Only good item: bag of potato chips.
Never again. In a hurry, I threw out the meat and ate the dry sandwich.

Do not come to this Subway unless you want to pay $11 for bread. The portions of protein to bread is ridiculous. The toppings you add are literally counted out, and when you ask for extra you get 2 to 3 of whatever you requested. There is always a long wait. Only good thing is you won’t get a side of attitude with your purchase.

Went in there to pickup an online order. Right around lunch time and the poor lady is by herself! The line has 7-8 people deep.its lunch time you need to staff the restaurant better or the manager needs to step in and help the lady. Between my online order and another persons online and the customers on there waiting, it took almost half hour! The lady was doing her best but she was set up to fail. If you only have an hour for lunch, go somewhere else.

Walked in to this establishment and requested to use the restroom and was told that there was no public restroom when I distinctly remember using it when I’ve patronized this business prior to my visit today. I’ve done my real estate work a few times at this Subway. Very disheartening and makes me happy that segregation is a thing of the past. Unacceptable customer service.

Best Subway I’ve experienced. The manager/owner, Amanda, was exceptional and treated the customers and her employees with respect and a great attitude. She even let me try Pretzel w/ butter and cinnamon on it, even when Houston Subways don’t allow it. Best Subway ever!

This is the worst subway establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. 30 minutes with no one in line with untrained workers is absolutely ridiculous. Once the sandwich was finally made the credit card system was down. Left with no sandwich. Please stop wasting people’s time.

I ordered 23 Box Meals for an employee appreciation event. The boxes were ready when I arrived and the manager said she tried to get in touch with me but there was no phone number attached to my order (i got texts confirming the order so I thought that was odd). Because she said she couldn’t call me instead of adding the lettuce/tomato/pickles directly to the sandwiches she put them in separate containers. On the website it asks if you want those items on the side and I said “no i want them on the sandwiches” so I’m not sure where the confusion was. Otherwise the sandwiches were fine. The cookies included in the boxes were hit or miss, some were fresh and tasty and some were hard as rocks and stale/old. We were going to do another order later this week but I think we will give Jimmy John’s a try instead.

July 24th, 2019 showed up 12 mins till close and the workers ran to the door and locked it when i was 5 ft away avoiding eye contact. if you’re going to close at 8:45, change your store hours, so customers don’t waste time driving to your store.
