That girl in June 2025 said to me while ordering breakfast saying to me, “I don’t have any eggs”, because Subway has breakfast, and people who are working are mindless in this location! And today when I went there, the guy said when I ordered pizza, “We don’t have pizza”, Subway also has pizza, because I saw those pizza boxes!!! Never going back to this location ever again.

Great customer service from the 3 ladies there! Even with a long line, I was in and out within 8 minutes. Food was yummy and now I can rest peacefully. The parking lot was full due to workers in other suites even though most of the parking belongs to Subway. I’ll be back for sure! Check them out and make sure to tip!

They DON’T ACCEPT COUPONS of any kind. They don’t accept the BOGO national offer. They also don’t do the buy one get half off. They don’t accept any coupons or national offers of any kind. They canceled my order because they don’t offer the coupons; however, I needed to go to work and was late because of this . Very frustrating with this subway restaurant.

Doesn’t allow coupons received in mail. Decided to get the special of the day which it included the Philly steak footlong meal for about $10. The meat was super salty, the bread wasnt toasted right and they didnt have honey oat bread. I think I was discriminated, the second place in Metairie that doesn’t accept coupons. I live, eat, sleep by myself, I am not married, not a lesbian, not gay nor a mother unfortunately, I shouldnt be charged extra for someone else to get a discount.

They put the wrong type of meat on the sandwich. The wrong number of slices of cheese. Then they just through the stuff in the sandwich mixing in stuff I didn’t ask for. I had to ask them to take it out. It was clear the guy was new and the other lady that was there was too busy on her phone to offer any assistance. What I was left with was a mess of a sandwich.

First few visits to this Subway was decent. However, don’t go first thing in the morning, as no ingredients are readily available including the bread. No coupons allowed either.

My boyfriend goes into the bathroom and comes out with a gash on his arm. I want to hear back from the owner of this building about this because I want some kind of compensation for this cause this is ridiculous. You were in a business and you can’t make sure your patrons are safe fix the door or I will be calling someone to get it. Make sure it gets fixed And it will be from Jefferson Parish.

Just left and had a TERRIBLE experience. The workers didn’t know what they were doing. Some girl must’ve been new because she didn’t even know what a spicy italian sandwich was. I would speak and barely get a response. Very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. Never going back to this location!!!!
