I’m not sure how this place stays in business but this is the second time getting food from this place and each time is like the old commercial for the old lady saying where’s the beef but I do get good service and good food from other subways here is the pictures of the protein bowls I got from this place. I was charged $28 and some change when usually I get three times more at other places and only get charged $21 with extra meat and veggies on the protein bowls. I feel like I was supremely ripped off by this place I don’t know how to stay in business if they give this kind of service to their customers

This subway in Metairie on 17th Street and Severn do not honor the subway coupons that is given by Subway. They say they don’t honor the 3.99 coupons at all.I went into this location on several occasions trying to use my subway coupons, in the past. Only to be told that they wouldn’t honor my coupons. When the coupon was scanned it clearly showed that it was excepted and showed I owed 7.12, but the young lady said she see it’s showing me the correct balance due. But on her end it shows the regular price ,not the 7.12. I feel this particular subway restaurant is stealing/ Robbing their customers. Fraudulent saying the coupons is not working on their end when it clearly shows the customer it had been accepted. When I told the owner I wanted to pay the price of the coupon showed to me , when I refused to give in too the lie, I explained I no longer wanted to get the sandwich he became angry.The owner instead of him honoring the coupon,as he can clearly see the 7.12 on my end, told me not to come back to his location. Very disappointed with his service and attitude towards a customer. Beware this location, not honest and very rude.

I would not recommend this location. The food was horrible. There was barely any meat/toppings on the sandwiches. The lemonade had an old taste to it. They also didn’t ring the order up correctly. The guy was also acting weird and had horrible customer service. We asked him a question and he just looked at us and ignored us. DO NOT GO HERE.

Picking up a take out order. The line is out the door. One person working. My to go order from half an hour wasn’t even started. And when I finally got to the front to ask about it I got a really rude response. A sandwich shop at lunch time has only one employee. Doesn’t make a lot of sense!!!

I asked for my sandwich to go into the oven and they put it in the oven but I looked at my sandwich when I got back to work and my cheese isn’t even melted at all. Who wants a cold steak and cheese sub? And my stomach hurts from the one bite that I took…..smh 10 dollars for this nasty sub…. Oh my…. Never again

The food is excellent, always fresh. And the restaurant is always super clean. In fact, they are sanitizing tables as I am typing this. But most impressive is the service. The staff is so friendly; they treat everyone as if they are family. I have become a repeat customer because of the food, the cleanliness, and because I am treated as if I am the most important person in the world.

If you miss good old-fashioned customer service where you’re treated with kindness and respect and actually somebody who’s absolutely joyful that you’re even coming to their establishment then please go to this place they are the nicest people and I felt so welcome and it was amazing cuz I’m not used to that kind of service anymore where people are just so grateful for your business. I mean even if you don’t want any Subway just go there and buy a cookie or something it’s worth it they are absolutely wonderful here.
