The two gals working today at 12:15p rocked the place! There was a line ahead of me and behind me. They never missed a beat. They were very efficient and very friendly in spite of being “in the weeds” so to speak! They clearly work very well together. I enjoy the food and exceptional service!

This isn’t my usual subway but as I just got to the area I decided to try it. The first time I went a female named Andrea served me and I was sorely disappointed in the service given. The second time however was a gentleman named James. Not only did provide excellent customer service but he was also friendly, polite, and joked with my children. The first visit you couldn’t squeezed a smile out of that woman’s tush if someone tickled it. I will go in again but will preferably be when James is working. If I’m going to drop 50$ a visit to feed my family I expect a thank you and friendly customer service.

They burnt every sandwich I got. Toaster beeped minimum 4 times before anyone even looked up to get them out. Rang up my order wrong (wrong size drink and entirely wrong sandwich). I had to correct them on their own menu as they didn’t know steaks came with x2 cheese and my 6in was basically mush by the time I was able to look at it. The lobby/dining area was also a disaster with chairs all over the place and every table disgusting. This store has gone SEVERELY downhill in the last 3 months.

I want to give 0 stars. They charged us for a sandwich we never ordered and costs more then the one we got. We asked 3 times for the meat to be heated up but the sandwich not toasted and still got a cold sandwich that we had to take back in to have them redo. Absolutely will not be going back to this subway.

This Subway was awesome. The food quality was great as expected, but the customer service was EXCELLENT. We were driving through town and went through the drive through. They had us come to the window and took our order face to face. One employee took our order and a second one rang us up as they prepared our order. A third handed us our order. It was fresh, everything was prepared exactly as we asked, and it was done quickly. I usually don’t review fast food spots, but I felt like the staff here deserved the kudos! Thank you!

There was only one person working. When we got there. There was quite a line and she handled it very well. She had a smile on her face the whole time and got through the line very efficiently. She is a fantastic worker and made my opinion of Subways much better than before.
