Not the best subway I’ve been to, but it’s the only fast food joint in Sutton. Overall, it wasn’t bad, the artists I’ve had made the sandwich well and was satisfying. Place is clean and tidy as well. I do wish they were open at least a half hour later during harvest season, but it is what it is. Overall, worth 4 stars.

I was in town for a football game, upon leaving the game I called Subway in hopes to get a cheese pizza started for my little one… no one answered the phone. There were no vehicles in the parking lot so I went in. There were two young girls working who were arguing in the back when I walked in. Which was probably why they didnt answer my call 2 minutes beforehand. While standing there they proceeded to argue with one another about being called in, one being late, not wanting to be there, not getting called or text, ect. I spoke up and said all I needed was a cheese pizza please and one girl proceeded to make the pizza- very sloppy spilling cheese into the meat containers and overall just didn’t care about serving me while continuing the arguement. Im glad i was their only customer at the time. I used to frequent this subway often and I can say after multiple other negative encounters we will not be going back.

This is one of my favorites spots when I pass through. Sure, they have the same sandwiches as the other subways, but their customer service here is top notch. The young employees are incredibly respectful. Much appreciated!

UPDATE: it’s 50/50 when you go there now. There were three straight weeks that their ingredients were welted, turning brown and or looked moldy! Like other subways I have been to they do not cover their ingredients when not in use with the pulldown glass not sure if they even have that or not? Have them heat the bacon twice on your toasted sandwiches or the bacon doesn’t cook that well. I look at the ingredients before I order to know what to order, some of the stuff they have out I wouldn’t feed to my animals.

I never leave reviews on stuff cause I don’t like being petty, but when i have to repeat myself over and over and tell them how to do their job cause they are too lazy to grab a new bottle of stuff so they can actually put a sufficient amount of sauce on or saue the meat before putting the cheese on for a specific time It’s not right, growing up going to the subway was always great but now it’s like nobody trains them or is to lazy to actually do stuff right.

Don’t follow directions from ordering online
Didn’t cook meat as instructed. Meat is ice freakn cold.
Got 2 steak and cheese. 1 sandwich gas alot of meat. Other sandwich doesn’t have very much.
Absolutely terrible service. What a joke.

Disappointed with subs and customer service. Also employee didn’t count my change back from a $100.00 bill back to me, I know that’s not a huge deal, but he said ‘here’s your change’ without counting or even saying amount.
