Three of us walked into the store ahead of a man and his two girls. There were 4 people behind the counter. We started ordering, and before he got the first sandwich partially done the three other workers just left him by himself. He finished our order doing all stations by himself. Went in tonight and they were swamped with a track meet that had just ended. It felt like Mitchell was working all by himself and he did a PHENOMENAL job. I’m not sure if the other worker was just in training but he didn’t offer to help make sandwiches or run the register so it all fell on Mitchell. I would highly recommend that he get a raise or something bc WOW he did amazing.

The guy at the counter did not listen to The Order. The other sandwich was being made. Granted the lady that was there does not hear well. So you have to make sure you look at her and talk to her, which is great. She did everything she could do. The guy was told one of the sandwiches Needed to be heated, but he didn’t do avocados. Where it was already put on it by the time we caught it. So I told them that they needed to heat the meat and the cheese. But I didn’t want that avocado spread heated. They proceeded to take it off. Put it in the oven and heat it, but put it back on the sandwich and the sandwich is a Mess. Happy ingredients aren’t on Half of the bread after having it put back on there. This is not a sandwich I’ll be eating.

Subway has gotten pretty expensive. But the employees were fast and friendly. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Food was good. The price was the only issue. Not worth the 30 spent.

Would be nice if employees could tell time and not close the doors 10 minutes early. I get you want to go home. But do you get that your in a farming community and that 10 minutes you closed early waisted my time of coming to town to eat when you were supposed to be open till 10 pm not 9:51 and shut the lights off as I pull in then stare at me like I did something wrong. Won’t waste my time or fuel to come eat here again.

Bread looks a bit under cooked. Not evenly baked. Sandwiches always just get thrown together. No pride in being a sandwich artist. Older gentleman gets left by himself always and even if another is working they don’t help him. Poor guy has 1 pace….slow. veggies get thrown on and too much sauce. I use to manage a subway and this one is ran very poorly. Kind of upset that they got rid of the oven roasted chicken patty. The chopped is NOT the same. It could most definitely in prove on training and handwriting also.
