I doordashed an order at 6:19, worth $60.58 and my poor doordasher waited so long for it. I have waited almost a hour for two sandwiches and some cookies. I when the doordasher finally got to me, I did not have the pop nor my chips. My sandwiches were a meal deal. I also paid extra for double the protein (meat) and it was not in my sandwich nor was the mayonnaise I asked for. Very disappointed. Pictures can be submitted if anyone even contacts me.

Below is the protein bowl I received from the Subway off of Highway 30 in Lexington today. Definitely not worth $13. Subway was recommended to me for a good robust salad. Unfortunately, I would say that was a fail today.

Place the order on line and it was to be picked up around 7:05. Pulled around to the window, First of all the girl was by herself which isn’t anything unusual, Second she did 4 orders before even coming to check drive through. Finally I got my order at 7:37

Finally a Subway that is not lacking in service. I love the Lexington Subway. I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich like I did at 3 locations in Kearney.

Loved my visit here last week. I only wish the young lady working Saturday morning would’ve had some help; poor thing was there all alone. But she handled things good under the pressure of serving all the customers.

Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes after the girl said she’d “be right with me” . All the dine-ins left while I was waiting so I backed up and pulled forward several times and she finally said, “Welcome to Subway. May I take your order?” She didn’t even remember I had been waiting all that time. It’s like that every time. Probably won’t go back.

Came to this subway today and asked for a footlong steak toasted. The girl that took my order told me the oven wasn’t working so I said it’s fine. When I got home and bit into the sandwich the steak was cold. Went back and asked if the microwave was working. The girl that had made my sandwich said sorry I thought you heard me say the oven wasn’t working. I told her yes but I wanted the steak warmed up. She said they don’t warm it up unless the customer asks for it. I thought weird never had it happened before but okay won’t be coming back.

Placed an online order for a set time. Paid for it online. Went to pick up my order and they were closed, so no food. Got a call a couple days later apologizing for problems. Agreed to have order made a couple days later instead of getting refund. Called today, 3 hours before order was due to verify they had order. Lady said yes. Went to pick order up and guess what, they know nothing about the order. So again no food!!!
