This subway is super nice. I never really leave reviews but Crystal was just absolutely phenomenal. Great attitude, extremely helpful, I was able to go fill up my drink while she made my sandwich because she memorized everything I said, was able to check me out quickly too. Really great employee here! Thank you, Crystal!

Not all subways are created equal. This subway is clean, and extremely well managed. Huge shout out to the lady running the store while conducting interviews: great attitude and great multitasking abilities. This woman should be a regional VP.

On multiple occasions this location was extremely slow and just had terrible service. On a couple occasions we ordered through the mobile app and we had our sandwiches 40-50 minutes late past the time that the app said the food would be ready. They have had one person working multiple times but won’t accept applications either. Go to any of the other subways in town.

The Sandwich Artist was amazing!! He was the only one there with a line of people and all the sandwiches were perfect. He just took them one at a time and did a very professional job. Was such a nice guy. Not sure why he was left slime on a Friday night… that was my only question.

I ordered delivery off of the Subway app, and they forgot my footlong cookie. The app told me to contact the store, where three differenr people insisted I come in to get my item and then passed me off. If I could do that I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. There was no manager so they called the manager and called me back saying I had to take it up with doordash. I didn’t order through doordash, and they finally left my info for the manager to call me, which never happened. I called the manager and they said they couldn’t refund me but would have corporate do it. A week later I hadn’t gotten my refund and tried to call for a status, I left my info three more times for a manager to call me as there was never one in when I call. It has been another week and I havent heard a word. It is clear they don’t care if they make a mistake and they have no intention of fixing the problem. I will be contacting corporate myself and will only edit my review if a manager actually manages to call me back, which sounds like they would need one to come in and actually do their job.

Stopped here to pick up food for Mothers Day. The food was great as always but most impressed with the service! Huge shout out to Bailey and Solo! They were so upbeat and so much fun! I had a huge order so they helped me carry food and drinks to my vehicle and got the doors! Very kind! I will be back!

There are a couple of workers here that are absolutely amazing employees. I’m pretty sure one of them is a supervisor and if she isn’t, then she should be. I’ve never had a problem with these two women (Who I think have been there for a while). Sandwiches are made perfectly every single time and toasted to perfection. My girlfriend and I stop in here every once and a while but the quality never goes down. Only problem that I really have with the place though is the other workers. They’re new right now so they might get better. Fingers crossed!

Olive pits were in my sandwich. The Pitts broke two of my teeth and my mouth was a bloody mess.
I filed Incident Report Report with manager (as directed). When I submitted the report, she threw it in the trash and said “the owner (Jeff J. Overturf) would not honor such injuries for children or adults. Don’t come back here!”

The old lady working on September 4th 2022 around 1pm was extremely rude to my friend and I. I bought a drink earlier and went back inside to refill it. Instead of asking politely for me to pay for my refill, she waited until my friend and I were leaving to yell at us from across the restaurant and accuse me of stealing. I figured that because the drink station was in the lobby I could get a refill without being charged. She was very rude. Carp Bode subs needs to talk to this woman about being a more respectful person with better customer service attitude. She didn’t even have the decency to hand my friend the order we were picking up and just threw it onto the pickup shelf. Didn’t even inform us it was done. I know the pickings are slim on good workers, but she should be working in a factory with no contact with the general public.
