Whoever was working September 4th at 11am has horrible customer service. Overall lazy. Turned away multiple customers to “do paperwork” said he would be closed until it was done. Said he was the only person working that day yet there were people laughing in the back. Wasn’t even able to get a sandwich. Other customers were mad as well. His unneeded attitude was the cherry on top.

This is the most expensive subway ive ever been to. They had a sign that says meal deal $6.99. There is no sign that says sub of the day. So i ordered a meal that is normaly cheap and at this resturant on a 6 inch sub i spent the same amount id spend on food at dennys. This will probably be the last time i go to a subways if prices r gonna be this high.

Probably the worse subway I’ve seen so far. Not only was the interaction with the employees completely uncomfortable but they will go out of their way to dish out stale bread if they think the customer won’t complain…..I ordered the same bread as the 2 before me and he went to the back to grab mine rather than use the fresh bread he had been pulling from…..there were clearly plenty of bread right there next to him…… by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with subway and I’ve been to most in the western 11 states along interstates…… get some better people in there, ASAP!!!

This location was very busy on Sunday evening, Tabatha was by herself with a line of customers, she did a fantastic job her customer service was excellent with what she was working with. We need more employees like Tabatha, who are friendly and can work well under pressure. Our sandwiches were delicious! Thank you Tabatha

Stood there for a 5 mins then rang the bell. A dark haired woman walks over and said “She’s on break” (the other worker. Wait 30 mins and she will be back. I felt like saying “What the hell’s wrong with you. You work here too don’t you”

Subway corporate should be involved here. I observed 2 people leave the line as I waited 20+ minutes for the 2 people ahead of me to get service. Other potential customers looked at this circus and chose not to buy a ticket. If I had options, I would have used them. The girl making the sandwiches was obviously nervous and new. The other girl working did nothing to help her walked around a bunch got herself a drink, shuffled things around and put up a sign? This was the worst experience I have had at subway and maybe “fast” food ever. You are losing business and reputation.

The place has one guy working and he is moving slower than a sloth. The line is 10 people deep. There’s a woman slowly moving around in the back. Good lord. Why stop for fast food if it literally takes 30 min?
