Earlier this afternoon my Brother and I Came to Subway for Lunch and were met by Ms Luci and Ms Nyellie. We were greeted and asked what we wanted to eat. The Young Ladies were prompt with our Order. The Subway was fresh and tasted Good.

When I first got there the lady was too busy wiping stuff down and the other lady was too busy mopping to help us. When we finally did get helped the lady behind the counter had to say goodbye to her friends she was hanging out with while working before starting our order. As the line got bigger the other lady just continued mopping and the one helping us was super slow and not even paying attention to what we said she asked to repeat ourselves multiple times. She then gave me one piece of roast beef on a six inch which is not the correct portion. I asked for extra lettuce and she gave me not even the regular amount. My boyfriend’s sandwich had sauce everywhere and was so sloppy he could barely eat it and mine was sloppy as well. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently one wasn’t working that night. I will be calling in the morning because this is not the first time I’ve gone in there and experienced horrible service before. My boyfriend’s photo for reference. The employees were harm and lavette so if they’re ever working I would suggest leaving. Lavette was more customer friendly but she was also very slow and decided to mop instead of help out.
