It’s ridiculous when you pay for a footlong and the only problem is that lady with black hair and a nose piercing. Supposedly they are supposed to give you a full scoop but instead they give you only half when you are paying full price. They should have someone that has a better attitude and a respect for the customers.

I went in for a protein bowl and they made it perfectly! Everything was fresh. The staff is super friendly. The manager even went out of her way to help me out! She’s super awesome!

Missing multiple sandwiches and when I called they acted like all they could do about it was write my name down for the next time I come in. What a joke. Also, no sandwich had a label written on it even the the closing sticker for the wrap is clearly designed for it so I had to tear open peoples sandwiches to see what they were. Clearly people there are not trained

When I went in there 03/01/2025 the worker was making sandwiches. We waited and when it was time to make our sandwiches he made them horrible/sloppy. He stopped in middle of making our sandwiches to talk to a door dash. Other co worker ended up finishing his job. My sandwich had the bacon towards the crease and all the fixings crammed all on top. My opinion is the he does not need to be working there. No ppl skills and very sloppy. I hope someone reads this and does something bout their worker and the product being sold to the public. Subway ya owe me a BLT because of this horrible/sloppy sandwiches that I bought. Final note the place was dirty, mayo was put on the sandwiches out of the bag, tomatoes were old/not fresh and there was food on the ground from the swinging door to behind the counter. Pls subway do me a favor and look into this. Oh and maybe 3 sandwiches on you to me!

Halfway through my sandwich I found a piece of really brown lettuce. I noticed the tomatoes didn’t look that fresh but didn’t mention it. Ugh Wanted post a picture of it but don’t know how to upload it.

I ordered online for delivery, I didn’t have an option to select a store for delivery which is no big deal. After ordering and getting it delivered through DoorDash I wanted to enjoy my food. My sandwich that I only asked for ham, tomatoes and pickles on had some type of sauce like mayo or ranch which I did not ask for nor wanted. I then called the store, the lady on the phone didn’t seem to care about the issue. Even after i explained to her i am severely allergic to mayonnaise, which would’ve put me in the ER if i had taken a bite of it.

Will report to corporate. Employee super rude and would not add any extra veggies or any kind because they “cut up what they would use for the night”. Very snippy attitude and extremely unhelpful and didn’t do her job. This is Subway. Never in 35 years have we met such a horrible employee with such a horrible attitude. Owners need to train this girl on what Subway is to save the embarrassment. Wow.
