Walked in and was the only one there and the worker just looked at me. Had to wait a good 4 minutes before they took my order. All surfaces looked like they were wiped down with a dirty soaked rag. Pop machine area was disgusting. Floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in days. Customer service was alright. Food was as expected.

Went to this location granted it was noon hr but I made an online order (which accommodated for the amount of other customers)when I arrived my order hadn’t yet been started even and I was there precisely on time. I also understand that it’s just an estimate. I was there for 40 min they made the same sandwich wrong 2x and someone quit! Very unprofessional and I didn’t even know my sandwich was wrong until I got back to work. Rosbergs could do better

I just finished getting my sandwich from this location, and I wanted to make sure I took a minute to express my gratitude to Jamie at this particular location. Amazingly friendly and kind spirited. She is the type of employee that makes a particular chain restaurant stand out in a sea of cookie-cutter operations. I will be back and, while I am sure the food will just fine, her service set this location apart.

Always have a good experience when dining in. Delivery is not great and neither is preordering, so I would recommend eating in or going in to get your food to go. Store is pretty clean. My granddaughter forgot her school lunch this morning. I wasn’t about to drive back to woodland park to get. Stopped at subway even though they don’t open until 9. This amazing woman gave her sandwich, juice and a cookie and said she would pay! Even though I had the cash to pay! You guys are great! Thank you!

Very nicely renovated and remodeled! Easy to stop on our way through town. Stopped at a busy time but it was staffed well and everyone was quick and efficient. Asked for a favor to help heat up a bottle for my cousin’s baby which was accomodated promptly and with a smile! Overall greatly impressed with our visit.
