This is the dirtiest Subway I have ever been in. The staff was super attentive and nice but the counters were dirty the glass of the display is dirty. I got a plain vanilla milk shake. It had big lump’s in it, that are not ice cream and they did not melt. We bought this 4 hours ago. The worst part my husband pointed out was the pop machine drip tray. I worked at two different fast food restaurants. I know they get dirty. But this one hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. Growing mildew and slime. I should have gotten a picture of it too. But we just wanted to leave.

Fast, friendly service. The restrooms were clean and stocked. My meal was prepared how I expected it to be. I have stopped here a few times and it seems to be consistently good here.

Seriously this is the cleanest Subway we’ve seen! Lobby to behind the counter we’re spotless. Subways are our 1st choice going out west or back to the northeast. Tamice and Jessica made the best sandwich. Great attitudes. Can’t say that about a lot of Subways.

It might be ageism but you really don’t get a lot of veggies when you ask for it from an elderly woman. Thinnest subway sandwiches in Nebraska! I guess since you can’t pay for extra veggies, it isn’t anyone’s fault except corporate.

Wildly expensive. Great service. Subway is decent food but they’ve priced themselves out of my regular rotation. $17.97 for a sandwich, chips and a drink is just insane.

Second time I’ve ordered from here and they were out of bread, cheese, and vegetables. I mean that’s literally the whole point of eating here. I mean I know place can run out but how do you run out every single time you do your ordering? I did my order online and ordered the steak and cheese which only get onions and peppers. They were out of all cheese except american. I don’t like American cheese. No onions and peppers, on top of that they were kinda rude. I don’t see myself going back here. Not worth the price to not be to get a good sub and from them to be kinda rude on top of it.

The customer service was sloppy because they made 3 mistakes. The 3 mistakes are: They did not redeem my coupon, they didn’t give me napkins, and they forgot to put a new trash bag in the girl’s bathroom. I am so disappointed in them. I sent a complaint to the company.
