Awful customer service! lady who was making my sandwich was huffing and puffing at every item I asked to add. Got three pickles on the entire sandwich. So disappointed. Asked for more and after another huff, she put about 2 more on. Smallest sandwich I’ve seen in awhile. It’s so light I can barely tell there’s anything there. 6 inches can normally get loaded up nice and make a lunch, but I feel more hungry now than I did before I ate.
I will say the gentleman who was at the cashier was very nice, as was the lady who took my order. Now, I’m not one to call out specific employees but in this case it feels warranted because the rest of my experience was fine, but she made it 0/10. But the older black lady who made my sandwich was so disrespectful. When saying the veggies one or two at a time, she seemed annoyed I was going slowly. So, I decided to say the last three together to hopefully help. Nope. That didn’t help anything.
This is supposed to make a meal?!
Will not be stopping back here. Genuinely more hungry and more disappointed than before I spent $7 for a lunch.

Pretty reflective of the sentiments shared by others here. I ordered a veggie sandwich and it would have been very nice to have something on ir. It was a $10 smashed loaf of bread with fewer vegetables on it than the amount used as toppings on one with meat.

Over all this Subway is okay. Some of the employees have a code of conduct or unpleasant attitude, giving the obvious impression that they hate working here or they hate people in general. There’s definitely Subways in town to go to for a much better experience where the employees are fun and happy to see you; not at this Subway.

Subway is much more expensive than I remember. I know there has been inflation but other restaurants (especially local ones) seem more reasonably priced to me. Service was slow on a not especially busy day.

Ordered 2 sandwiches with chips and drinks on line from UNL Union. One sandwich was fine, the other was not. Was heated and not asked to be, had sauce that shouldn’t be on it. My soda (coke) had no syrup in it was basically fizzy water and they forgot to put our chips in the bag so we didn’t get those. Didn’t notice until it was brought back to work and at that point, it was pointless to go back.
For $32 plus tip, I expect more. Plus, they show an actual soda bottle on the website, and after looking it says “fountain soda” a bit misleading. My fault for not reading. This is why I rarely eat at corporate places. Save your money and cook something healthy at home.

I ordered a teriyaki chicken and most of the chicken was hard and gross. None of it was fresh. The best thing about the meal was the pre-packaged dill pickle chips. Probably the worst Subway in Lincoln.

The older lady, that was short, skinny, and all white hair, that tried to serve me in theoening was rude and after she tore up and ripped the footlong bread, I asked her calmly and politely if I could get a different loaf since it was ripped and torn. She immediately asked “so you want me to throw away this whole loaf?” Then she proceeds to wrap it and slam it in the trash, thats when I knew she wasn’t going to make my order right at all and I said “nevermind, Im sorry to disturb you”. This location has consistently been giving bad service, rushed orders, and impolite in many different ways. The only time I’ll be going there is if David is working because he’s been one of the extremely few that has been polite and make the order to the letter. I will be posting this same review on many different websites, platforms, and I’ll even go as far as assit and drive my friends and family to go to jimmyjohns or a proper subway establishment.
