The drive through has a touch screen for ordering, which is ridiculous in itself, but the touch screen also doesn’t work. 80% of the time it doesn’t recognize a touch. If it refuses inputs for long enough, it then cancels out your order (good luck stopping it, since you can’t interact with the prompt).

Had one issue with the drive thru at night awhile back, came in the next day to speak with management and they were so so nice and helpful. Which was MORE than enough to make me come back to this store! However, I do recommend to anyone to come inside and order your sandwich exactly how you want it!

Do not order pick up or go thru the drive thru at this subway. I oder salads and both times I have done the drive thru my salads have been horrible. I just paid $12 for a bowl of meat with hardly any veggies or lettuce/ spinach. It’s extremely annoying to spend so much on nothing.

Seems that every time I order online they forget an ingredient or it doesn’t get toasted. Happened the last 4 times at this location and I’ve saved the order and reviewed so I know it’s getting ordered right and it seems to be my sandwich that gets screwed up. Everybody else gets their order correct.

Ordered a chicken bacon wrap. Wrap was not cut in half, chicken, and bacon never saw a microwave. I did not want jalapenos but were placed on.
