Went in there on 8/28/23 at 545 they were working on an on line order so I waited when the young girl with dark curly hair waited on me she was very rude I asked for a scoop of ice cream which she gave me a half a scoop wanted to charge me almost 3 dollars for it. Then when I told her what I wanted on my sandwich she rudely said I am working on something else. So I left with nothing. Young people have no since of common courtesy. Just got off the phone with manager Kitty this is the following day and she really didn’t care. Won’t be going back there

I didn’t have a horrible experience but I didn’t have a great one either. The food is good and fresh but my sandwich maker seemed a bit on the chatty side with the person in front of me which made my wait a lot longer. Granted I’m not expecting fast food service but I would appreciate it if there’s a line of four or five people waiting to get their sandwiches made that you don’t spend 10 minutes talking ex’s and who’s dating who. But all in all the food still is good so I will be back.

They do a great job of getting us in and out. If we know there just won’t be enough time to order in line they never have an issue with us calling in our sandwiches and sending someone with 4 different forms of payment and processing it all before sending them on their way.

Usually the service is ok but the last few times my order was placed an hour ahead of time and still was not ready when I showed up. Also for whatever reason this store does not accept PayPal through online ordering anymore. I also cannot place orders online I always get an error. The employees claim it works as other people place online orders. I have tried several times from many devices to order online and still get the same error.

Went there 22-may-2023 and there was only 1.5 people working there. The .5 was more of an aspiring sandwich artist. Sub was thrown together very sloppy. She definitely did NOT want to be there.

Every time we go there and a girl (her name is Espinosa or something like that) waits on us she is rude and throws the food around and acts like she doesn’t like us and like she does want to be there. I’m really tired of it. She’s very short with us and rude. Why is this behavior accepted? That is not the way you are supposed to treat your customers!!!!! This is the Subway in Tecumseh Nebraska! It’s just a horrible experience every time we go there and she is there.

Worst Subway I have ever been in. The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude, no sense of urgency whatsoever and super unprofessional. Not only was I told that subway DOESNT carry deli mustard but I was then ignored after I asked her why do all the other subway carry just regular yellow mustard. Super disappointed and won’t be coming back.
