My team and I came at 7:50 p.m. We had 18 people. When the worker came out, he said that if someone ordered he was walking out the door. So we all left and went to Jimmy John’s :)))

My wife and three kids were kicked out of the restaurant today after she paid for sandwiches for our two daughters to eat there because she brought in a sandwich from Jimmy John’s because they unlike Subway offer a sandwich she is able to eat due to her food restrictions while nursing. She informed the employee of this but they kicked out a paying customer and family anyway because she was eating a sandwich from a different local restaurant. Never will we support this business again. Whoever the manager is today Sept 17 needs to be fired and the franchise owner needs to be informed.

Absolutely the best customer service. Joshua and Sheryl were both amazing. Store smells like a bread factory of yumminess. Veggies were fresh a nd they greeted every customer as they came inside.

I want this place to be better. I know the manager and he is great. Some of his staff unfortunately are not. Idk if it’s because they are young and don’t understand customer service or they just don’t care. Either way, I used to love this place. I’ve had food picked off of the unwiped counter and placed back on the sandwich. I’ve ordered 2 sandwiches (1 for me, 1 for a coworker) and been asked “jeeze, how much can you eat?” I’ve on multiple occasions had all of the veggies placed in the middle of my sandwich. Almost every sandwich I get is a mess. Some employees BS about things that should not be talked about in front of customers. There are a few good employees. There are 2 females that work there. 1 probably in her 30s and a younger red head. They are awesome. The rest can learn from those 2. I honestly hope for the best.
